This was my first visit. I ordered coffee, and they gave me a cup because they have dispensers in the customer area. Both dispensers were empty. I informed the staff, and they filled my cup from behind the counter. During the 20 minutes I spent in the restaurant, I observed other customers experience the same thing. I saw no attempt to fill the dispensers, yet the staff kept directing customers to the dispensers.
I returned to the counter to order additional food, and the cashier was missing. I had already observed a lady working extremely hard fixing orders and then turning around to hand the bags to the customers. After she noticed me waiting for a while, she looked around for the missing cashier. Then she told me she would be right there after she finished prepping her current order. She did as she promised and apologized for my wait. She took my order and payment. Then she changed her gloves and went back to her station to prepare my food. She handed my food to me and apologized again for my wait. After getting back to my table, I looked at the register and still did not see a cashier, but I did see this lady busy fixing food again. She was working hard!
Our food was bland and required much salt & pepper, but we will try it again. We are so accustomed to having cheese in our eggs that we didn't think to ask for it, and the cashier didn't mention it. We were disappointed when we opened our plates after sitting down and there was no cheese. We considered it a...
Read moreBy far my worst fast food experiences have been here. I went during their first 90 days and sat for 23 minutes while the girl had a casual conversation about church and family friends in front of me. With the cones and dividers I couldn’t leave. I rolled down my window and asked if there was a problem up ahead and she began screaming at me and told me I could just leave and that she wasn’t going to take my order. I called the manager while in the parking lot and they apologized and said they had been having issues with her. I went back last month and sat for another 25 minutes in the line only for them to tell me my order was incorrect when I got to the window and that they needed more money from me. The manager then tried to check me out for several items I didn’t order saying that it would make up for the price difference between their initial order mistake, and what I had actually ordered . This back-and-forth went on for 10 minutes over them arguing about how they should charge me more money for other items I did not order to try to fix their original mistake. I thought I’d give it one final chance this week when I had saw there was only two cars in line and was 0730. Instead I waited another 10 minutes for a single biscuit and drink and eventually had to drive off to get to work. I won’t be giving this location another...
Read moreThis is the newest gastronomic experience to join the bevy of fast food chain restaurants in Greenville, NC. However, not quite the same as the others. Explain you say - well, like Chick Fil A, Biscuitville is Family owned and untouched by corporate ideology. There is a pureness in the food at these dwindling reminders of a world relegated to contactless service and 'clean ingredients', whatever that means?! The bacon is devine, matched up to whatever sit down restaurant you choose, the muffins and mixed berry pie are Amish born in their delivery and taste like dozens of skilled Grandmothers are preparing your favorite sweet treats in some hidden kitchen. Believe me, I could go on and on. Just visit and enjoy for yourself and bring your appetite. One major con... I would've figured that an eatery with the auspiciousness of calling themselves Biscuitville, would have more flavorful biscuits. Either way, they are firm yet supple so just smother them in Sausage Gravy and...
