RESPONSE UPDATE: This place is absolutely unprofessional, they closed 30 minutes ahead of their closing time and I came here to pick up an uber order that I had to deliver to a customer which cost me to lose a big tip, when I arrived to the scene they told me they handed my order out to another driver??? They are not supposed to be hanging out people's orders without proof of verification. I honestly think they just used that line to not make the order since they wanted to close 30 minutes ahead of the time. I know that's something you are not supposed too do. Most stores close either 4 or 5 minutes before closing times but 30 minutes is absurd. They close at 10pm and I arrived at 9:33pm. Do better and what's more embarrassing is the "owner" was there and accepted the rude and harsh behavior from their employees. I really don't understand how they are still in business. Do your job and let me do mine. When I showed them my phone screen that I was here to pick up an order all the employees in there just looked at me and ignored me as if I was a "homeless person" I'll never forget that skanky ass stares they gave me for just trying to do my job. And worst of all the "owners" had the audacity to be flashing my car with their flashlights as if I was some intruder when I was just outside their drive-thru. Worst first experience EVER.
RESPONSE: I understand what you are saying, and I did call Uber support and they said on their end that no other driver should've picked up the order other then the man you spoke to yesterday which was my boyfriend... You guys shouldn't be handing out orders to non drivers. We have this issue a lot because employees hand out the order to "drivers" that aren't drivers which means you are being unprofessional and handling out orders to those that aren't supposed to be receiving. And even if a "driver" did pick it up, you need to let them confirm the order on their end before you hand out the food to them so Uber support keeps track on drivers...you needed to ask them to confirm the pick-up most restaurants actually do this. So truly you are just assuming and handing out orders to customers not drivers... Yesterday I even called the customer and they told me NO ONE dropped off the order and that they been waiting for over 30 minutes and unfortunately all that wait only for them to have to cancel the order because this restaurant doesn't know how to properly do the job correctly. At this point you guys shouldn't even receive delivery orders. And you flashing the car erratically with your flashlight as if we were intruders was not you "protecting your employees" you clearly knew we were drivers just trying to do our job you had no right to be flashing our car as if we were intruders. Because after we just decided to drive off and park far away to contact Uber support you put the flashlight down and proceed to talk to your wife (I assume) and get in your car and then drove off. So please don't give false explanations, you know what you guys did yesterday.. it was not only unprofessional but extremely rude by you the "owners" and your employees. It makes absolute sense why your employees act the way they do. Make sure you change your store hours too if you aren't actually closing at 10pm and closing 30 minutes ahead CHANGE IT so uber doesn't have your store system open at "10pm" the hours you have posted. That way it not only effects drivers driving to a location they closed 30 minutes ahead but it also doesn't effect the customer with having to wait for a refund because the store closed...
   Read moreGreat food but check it throughly before you leave the counter! Normally this place has excellent customer service as well as great food but today was TOTALLY different! I called my order in which was the fish/shrimp combo with fried rice, sprite AND (you will know why this was in all caps) I ordered a 10pcs honey garlic pepper wings. So I received my food and everything. As I left to get almost home something told me to check my food. I look and no wings so I called and told the lady on the phone and she told me to just come back. I get back with my receipt and one of the ladies, I think she is the wife of the owner said she has to check the camera first as if I was lying. She said I received two plates but I tried to tell her no it was a plate of the fish & shrimp and just a small container of rice before she interrupted me. The owner kept looking at me like I was lying and fussing at her like he didn't want to give me the rest of my order. Then the lady asked me what was in the container. I then went to my car and showed them the cup of sprite, the fish/shrimp & rice. I did it with an attitude too. The owner said he would make everything all over again, I said no just give me a refund. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT...
   Read moreThis was close to my hotel when I was in town, so I thought I would venture over. I was not greeted when I came in, although I was the only customer in the building at the time (it was raining out, perhaps that is why). I walked up to the counter, still no greeting, but the lady at the register was pleasant. I ordered, paid, and sat down nearby. As I was sitting I noticed quite a few folks came in to get "to go" orders, nobody was sitting down to eat. My wings came in a to go tray (which is fine, just not expected since I was eating in). They wings were well done and the sauce was fine. Where they the best wings I have ever had? No. Where they still pretty good? Yes. They were a good value for the price, to be clear. I cleaned up my mess and put my trash away. My table may have been cleaner when I left that when I got there. Overall, wings were good and I can see why folks get orders to go. The service was just okay and the atmosphere was an empty lobby with okay seating. I would recommend getting orders to go.
