Last night me and my friend both placed mobile orders. Mine was a larger order as I was ordering for 3 people and the other was only a fry. So when we first get there, we tell them our names and they proceed to tell us that they have the larger order but not the smaller order. My friend then checks their app and the order says itās finished and itās at this location, but still every employee there told us āwe donāt have that orderā. So I placed that order mobile order 10-15 minutes before i showed up to pick it up and the app said it was ready⦠well it wasnāt. They had printed the slip but hadnāt started working on it yet so i waited at least another 20-30 minutes. They also were out of mac and cheese which isnāt a huge deal but added onto the rest of this awful overall experience just sucked. The guy working up front was nice and was trying his hardest but we could tell he was new. Unfortunately for him and the other customers waiting in line, NONE of his coworkers were helping this poor guy. There was 5-10 people up front, some waiting on food, others waiting to order and the rest of us had mobile orders. Finally he has my food all done and put into a bag and ready to go, to which it sits there on the counter another 10-15 minutes as weāre waiting on our drinks. Which was 2 regular drinks and a large drink. Which they gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. Which I went in and asked them to correct, and they did. Finally going back to that second order i was talking about, finally iām assuming the manager or someone that was a little higher up than the other people working like a supervisor or something comes up front and we try saying again we have a mobile order, they look around a little bit and all say again āwe donāt have that orderā then she kinda rudely said āshow me your phoneā and so we did. Then magically just off to the side, there her order was the WHOLE time. It was sitting there the WHOLE time, and they tried telling us on 3 separate occasions that they never got it. Food was fine.
Overall: All the food was made right minus them not having mac and cheese and they did forget the sauce for the second order too. The guy up front like i said was new so I can only be so upset with the time it took, iām more upset about all the other employees working that just decided to not help this poor dude out. Then the whole second order thing was incredibly frustrating as that manager lady i mentioned before was trying to act like we didnāt know what we were talking about. Will not be returning to this location and I hope enough of these bad reviews will cause this location to get an evaluation because that was borderline ridiculous and this location...

I waited 5 minutes to be assisted and then another 5 minutes after the gentleman left with no other customers behind me. Jen ignored me the entire time.She walked past me at least 6 times and then started assisting other customers. She went to walk past me one more time and I asked if she was even going to acknowledge me as I had been waiting a customerās order for over 10 minutes. She said that she getting the order together which puzzled me since she did not ask for the customerās name or initials but then she proceeded to belligerently inform me that I had to stand at the register instead of at the counter where deliveries were picked up. I proceeded to inform her that I had been standing there waiting for some time and could she please get the customerās order together which she initially dropped before even saying a word to me. She said āBless your heart!ā To imply that I was stupid because I refused to get in a line when the customer had already paid for her order and I have been waiting before every one else for 20 minutes. She sat the customerās order or the shelf and said in a nasty tone that the Bo Berry would take at least 10 more minutes. She then proceeded to leave the front with no one but a trainee to assist the customers. She came back 10 minutes later and refused to hand me the customerās order. I informed the customer and then reached out to DoorDash to compensate me for my time. I also spoke to her manager who was very polite and understanding and promised that this would not happen again. It is highly recommended that this Bojangles get a shelf for drivers to pick up orders from so as to avoid the hassle of dealing with unprofessional managers or cashiers. Faster service for both me and my Dasher, fresh and well-made food, and a bonus item! Not to mention, that Dirty Rice was more than worth the wait, 'cause holy YUM! I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

Last night, my first Bojangles experience led to half-disappointment. I'd ordered through DoorDash, but my review is only in regards to the restaurant at this location.
The chicken tenders had been sitting too long so they weren't fresh, and my upsize Dirty Rice was an upsize fry instead - which wasn't great, as not only did I have my heart set on having that rice, but I purchased a family size fry in addition to my combo... so I ended up with way too many fries, and had to contact DoorDash to help rectify that. It also took a super long time for my order to be ready for pickup, so not only was I waiting forever, but so was my Dasher.
Everything else in my order was good and made correctly; even though both the expected and unexpected fries weren't as fresh as they could be, I still enjoyed them because they are wicked delicious.
I plan to try another location next time I order, 'cause I don't want another letdown and I really want...
