Hello I would like to make a complaint about Bryce S say he is a owner of Huckleberry, today I went into huckleberry by myself, whenever I'm with someone it's never a problem but today Bryce presented that it was a problem just because I don't like salt on my onion rings or my French fries,and Bryce was very rude to me I placed my order I asked for light ice, my understanding when you ask for like ice that would be a half of a cup of ice,I seen that he only maybe 10 pieces of ice in there, and made a rude comment stating I'm not putting up with it today she gets what she gets and I said could I get a little bit more ice he yells at me and stated you said light ice so I said don't worry about it he said I could fix it I said it's okay because I'm on lunch Bryce continue to yell at me tell me that he's going to refund my money and that I cannot come back into the store because I'm always complaining about my food I stated to Bryce that I don't cause problems in this store and if I ask for onion rings with no salt I would like onion rings with no salt Bryce like to pour a lot of salt onto my food and this is why the workers always change it out because I will let them see the amount of salt that is on my food if I ask for a fried Chicken Sandwich Bryce will give me a baked chicken sandwich like I said it to Bryce if I'm spending my money I should be entitled to get what I'm asking for Bryce proceeded to yell and scream that he is a Owner of it and refunded my money I asked for corporate number he yelled in my face and said that he is corporate I said it to Bryce that this is a public place and his behavior was not acceptable. He did received to tell me that he can do whatever he wants, I bring people in on a daily basis to eat there when I am there the people that I'm with notice how he just sits and stares I really truly feel like that he messes up my food order for some type of personal reason I'm not understanding I even asked him what is it that he has against me because I have heard cooks that know me because I am a regular that says they will make my food and he tells them no he's going to make it and I can tell when he's make it because it's always wrong. I'm really not understanding why he was yelling at me over some ice over food that he's getting wrong I'm very quiet never made a scene sometimes I'll keep the food just because I will see that he's there and I feel targeted because I know he's the one that's making the food last week I went in there was hair in my food when I showed the waitress the hair in my food she returned it so I'm not understanding. Why would he fix my food there is always a problem, I asked for corporate number or email several times all the workers seem to be scared to give me the number a lot of them said they...

My son has gone a few times with his grandmothers and he had a friend stay the night so he suggested we go. I said ok, because I wanted to try it since they’ve been open for a while now.

Atmosphere: The place is open floor, looks nice. Seemed to be pretty clean. Didn’t reek of grease like a lot of places who skimp on a decent vent hood system. It’s a burger place so I don’t expect them to have fresh cut flowers on the table.

Food: It was just ok. If you were hungry it would do the job. Myself and two kids had burgers, fries/tots, and drinks. The burger really had no flavor. I normally get cheese on mine but they use plastic cheese and it never melts well so that wasn’t very appetizing to me. The tots I got were good but compared to the amount of fries the kids got, I think the portion size was off. I don’t think the cost between fries and tots would warrant the small portion. They’re just potatoes in a different shape, but what do I know. The supplier they use could charge more for tots. I tried a fry from my son’s plate and it was ok. I don’t care for the type fries they serve. They are the kind with flakes on them. Not really sure what that is but I’ve seen it other places. They need to stick to a standard crinkle cut or maybe even cut their own with fresh potatoes. The sodas were standard and up to par so that was my favorite part and I normally don’t drink soda. Water is always best and better for you anyway, but it was part of the meal so I got it.

Service: When we went in it was not busy; maybe 10 other tables. They had 3 cooks, 2 servers and what appeared to be a manager. The first person who greeted us said she could get our drinks but the other person would take our order. She came by and took our order. Then we never saw her again. The kids had to go up to the counter for refills. Fine if at McDonald’s or somewhere with self serve but when you are a server most likely expecting a tip, this shouldn’t happen. Not sure if she was on break or prepping food or taking a break but didn’t see her. She did manage to be at the counter somehow when we were leaving to pay and got our last refill. I think the service needs a bit of training.

Final thoughts: I most likely wouldn’t go back. Mosty due to the lack of a flavorful burger and portion size of tots vs fries. I’m sure my son and his grandmothers will go and...

Today my family and I went into the restaurant, a young black African American young lady was standing at the counter I noticed that everyone walked past her and did not acknowledge her the young guy that did acknowledge her ask if anyone helped her she said no she placed her order the young guy proceeded to make her drink, young lady asked for a little bit more ice the guy said you said light ice he said he can fix it she said no that is okay he yelled at her again it said he can fix it she said no thank you it's okay the young guy screamed at her and said that she's always coming in making trouble and complaining about the food I overheard her say if I don't want salt on my onion rings sir I just don't want salt on my food she said it's my money I should be able to spend my money how I want it and she stated that the last time she came in that was hair in her food the young man came off and behind the counter and got very close up in the young lady face screaming and yelling at her my young children was there there was very unprofessional of him and very bullish I will be putting the word out as an incident that I had seen and had recorded I will be going public with it that was very unacceptable and that young lady spends her money up in there I heard several waitresses state that she comes in there all the time and never cause any trouble that she's a great tipper and she's always bringing people with her and I really feel like the young man did it just because she was alone I don't tolerate bullying this and I definitely don't tolerate racism and I really feel like that there was racist of him to treat that young African American lady like that, she asked for corporate number he yelled at her and said that he was the owner and he can do whatever he wants, I will be doing everything that I can to find this young lady and MY WOMEN'S RIGHT group will be...
