I placed an online order around 6:45 this evening. I live in pelzer so I left right away to go pick it up. I got there and waited to get my order. I got my bag and my name was on the sticker on the bag so I left to go back home. Once i got home and took my food out of the bag I noticed a sticker on the bowl that said a name but it wasn't MY name. upon further inspection under the sticker with my name on it was not one but TWO other stickers with somebody else's name on it. By now I was aggravated knowing I have to work tomorrow morning but now have to go alllllll the way back down 85 to get what i paid for. I called before i left because my intentions were to let them know I was going to have to come back BUT the manager on shift 1/31/25 (evening) was extremely rude toned and didn't even apologize for the mess up. Even after telling her where I lived. I go back to the store and i show her the stickers placement. At this point she still hasn't apologized and decided to let me know she couldn't help that I lived in pelzer! I explained it wasn't the fact somebody messed my order up it was the fact she was rude and spoke as if she couldn't care less and didn't even apologize for the troubles. She asked my name said she would make the bowl over but instead she went to where it had now been sitting for an hour and said "here, here it is!" She didn't remake the bowl then handed it to me with out the pita chips in it so I asked for them. She quickly grabbed some and said "here!here! have a goodnight!" By this time I was PISSED off. I asked for GM info she said she could give his name but not a number but didn't even give me the name of the GM. I just informed her that was okay because I promised I would get in touch with somebody and when I did I would be sure to report her!
I usually go to the Cava on Augusta and I can promise I will NEVER go back to this location EVER again! I had to call a different store to find out what I needed to do to reach somebody. The manager at the Haywood Road store was very kind! Everybody at the Augusta Road location is kind!
I don't know what kind of problem this lady on shift tonight had but it needs to be fixed because she nothing for those other employees to look up to, customer service skills aren't there, and she acts like she could care less about a paying customer!...
Read moreMy office and I ordered Cava for lunch and decided to get delivery. Our order was missing items and our bowls were not made how each of us asked. Mine was missing the Feta and the dressings that I asked for and another co-workers ingredients were put on another co-workers bowl. I called to speak with the manager (Noah) who would not get on the phone. He asked the lady who answered to see what the problem was. I started to tell her that items were missing and immediately she said that is a door dash issue. She did not allow me to tell her anything else. I hung up on her and realized I needed names to report this company for basically stealing from their customers. I called back and spoke with a helpful young lady, who provided me with names. I asked this young lady does door dash come to the back and fix customer's food. She responded with no. I proceeded to tell her that our bowls were made incorrectly and lacked ingredients. She stated that we could come back and get the bowls remade. I refuse to travel back to Cava to get this corrected due to this being lunch that we ordered. My job gives me a certain time for lunch, and that time was expired. I think this location is HORRIBLE. This is not the first time that we did an online order and ingredients were missing and incorrect. Ordering online should be the EASIEST orders to make. There is a LIST of what the customer wants. Read moreTerrible management and lazy staff! I ordered a mobile order that was supposed to be picked up from the drive through window. My order was submitted and was supposed to be ready at 6:15 after ordering at 6. I arrive at 6:30 and wait 5 minutes behind a singular car that is not helped during this period. I then park and go inside. After saying my name, I am told my order isn’t even started yet because they are backed up. The entire time I’m in the building, this one car never leaves. While I’m waiting at least 6 people go through the line and are fully served all while I am still waiting. When I ask how I could possibly be waiting 35+ minutes for an order, I’m informed that there are still orders before mine that they are finishing. So, does that mean there are multiple people waiting 45-60 minutes for their order? When I finally get my food (after having to complain to management, which is the only reason they actually made it as soon as they did) I’m hastily shoved a bag which contains my order plus some random persons order. I was so furious I had already left before I realized. I waited 40 minutes for the WRONG order?????? Clearly this staff doesn’t care enough to get the orders finished or to even put the right orders in the right bag, and management doesn’t care enough to fix it.
