I've have eaten here many, many times. It is across the street from my work and is an easy, usually fast, dinner.
My most recent visit was awful. I ordered through the app and was told my food would be ready at 5:30. At 5:30 I go in and my food is not ready, so I take a seat and wait. Only one person is making mobile/online orders while 3-4 people are working on in store orders. The one employee workinf on the online orders is finsihing one order ever 10 minutes. I literally times him. The line is wrapped around the building, lots of people are waiting for mobile orders, then I hear and see the employees arguing and gossiping in front of all of these people! 40 minutes go by and I'm told that they are out of the protein I ordered and have to make more. They did offer to give me something else, but at this point I have been waiting so long I would like to get what I paid for. Communication was very poor about being out of this. Several people came up and asked about their orders they had been waiting a long time for to then be told they were out of the protein. I was told it would only take 10 more minutes. Well it took 20.. because they ran out of chips. So I waited an hour after I was told my food would be ready through the app. This was on a weekend at dinner time... obviously you are going yo be busy. You should be more prepared.
Fast forward a couple days.. my app was hacked and someone ordered $238 worth of food to be delivered in California. This was done through five separate orders within an hour. I am so extremely disappointed and I feel let down by a company that I trusted with my financial information. They should make it more difficult to change email and passwords and maybe question a suspicious order. After doing some reading online this has happened to so many people. So do yourself a favor and remove any saved financial information from the app! I will not be eating at...

The chicken burritos were good, but unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can say about this restaurant. The staff's behavior was incredibly unprofessional and bizarre. They were openly cussing and complaining, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. He was talking about being treated poorly and not getting paid enough. My wife, thankfully, doesn't understand English, sparing her the details of their rant. The restaurant had no music playing, so I tried to play something on my phone, but my wife felt it would be rude. As we talked about the music issue, the staff began locking all the doors, preventing anyone from entering. The staff man made eye contact with me as he popped the lock! Two new customers came in one of the doors that wasn't locked yet, and they were refused service and were told to leave. There was no reason; the customers weren't rude at all. It was shocking. When we arrived, there were only three other customers, so it should have been an easy day. My wife and I have worked in service jobs much more difficult and stressful than that.
I wanted to make a video with a man that pulled in as we were getting in our car, but he was with his two children. They tried to get inside even though I told him about the situation. I can imagine that he didn't believe me. I wouldn't believe this unless I experienced it myself.
I just read other reviews, and it seems this isn't an isolated incident. Corporate really needs to step in here before this location develops a truly terrible reputation and loses even more business. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the staff's behavior alone; they clearly need to work in a setting far removed from customer service.
I wish everyone the...
Read moreI remember when this Chipotle first opened. The operators/management were so nice and if there happened to be an incorrect order, they would fix it immediately.
Now? I don't even know how to begin with how awful the service has become in recent years.
I get it; restaurants get busy. Mistakes happen. But we get an incorrect/missing order SO often, I'm beginning to feel like it's happening on purpose. I'm sure it's not happening on purpose. But the same issues occur so frequently, I'm not sure what to think.
This evening, we scheduled our order to pick up at 9:00 PM. The chairs were flipped and they were starting closing side work which, cool. That's normal for food establishments. There were maybe 2 people in line and no one on the to-go order station. Our food was bagged but not on in the pick up area. It was still on the prep station, bagged and seemingly ready for pick up. Chips were missing but they're completely out, which was fine bc its close to closing. But I was told everything else in my order was in the bag. There was no pick up reciept on the bag. I guess whoever was on that station must have quit in the middle of work or something.
I get home and guess what? Half the order is missing. I had to drive ALL the way back to Chipotle AGAIN To get the rest of my order. Y'all, they didn't even MAKE THE ORDER. It wasn't just left out of the bag, it wasn't made at all. So my other meal is getting cold (picking up lukewaem orders is another review) and i have to drive all the way back home.
The person who I think is currently managing seems to be doing their best but please train your associates to do the simple things like double checking they've...
