I did curbside and ordered a BLT meaning bacon, lettuce, tomato which is also supposed to come with mayo. I know my glasses prescription isn't up to date, but I don't see any lettuce or mayo, and only received ONE tomato nor the ranch I paid extra for. They really take the "tomato" part seriously with the one slice they sparingly put on there. Even with these inflation prices I can afford two slices, so I would expect a big company like that to give me what I paid for. When I called the store, I spoke with the manager named Christina who was more irritating to talk to than when I looked at my bacon and tomato sandwich. I asked for a refunded meal or a store credit, which I was met with "you need to return it for inventory purposes in order to get any sort of refund". At this point, returning my food and driving back to my house is more expensive than the whole meal itself since gas prices are ridiculous nowadays. In conclusion, I would stay away from anything containing bacon or tomato since it might be recycled from my sandwich. I will be spending my money at an establishment that doesn't give me attitude and gives me what I paid for the first time around, or at least is accommodating. I couldn't rate 0/5 stars, so 1/5 it is.

Do Not , I REPEAT , DO NOT , eat here unless you want to get sick , I was recently fired in retaliation to raising concerns for large amounts of expired food being re-stickered over and over and served to customers , after asking about this product I was reprimanded by Valerie the GM and her boss Tony , I was told that expired product was "made freash" when it was clearly expired , I was told to just do as I was told and when trying to speak I was told to stop causing trouble. Late 1/19/24 is when this picture was taken , from raw chicken and salmon being out of date to old pancake mix , many complaints about the way the new general managment treats her staff has been made to no avail, she makes her employees cry ,she gaslights talks down and belittles people with no consequences because Tony simply says she's being a boss. Bosses don't make entire stores quit , in the last week alone 8 people have quit and those who remain are miserable , do not eat here ! Do not support this location!

I ordered through DoorDash, after months of craving restaurant breakfast foods; unfortunately, I ended up so disappointed. In the photo: the left meal was the Double Berry Banana Pancakes with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage links plus an extra side meat of bacon. I only received pancakes with blueberries - no other fruits or the whipped topping. The meal on the right was the Mile High Denver Omelette (customized with extra peppers and onions), with wheat toast and a side of fruit. Clearly, I only received the omelette. The scrambled eggs and hash browns were less than decent, the meats were fine, the pancakes were satisfactory despite the missing ingredients, and the omelette was okay enough. Overall, not a great first experience at this Denny's. I got a refund from DD for the missing fruit and toast, but I would have much rather received the items I wanted and that should have been in my order. I ordered these specifically for the fruits, so it was a major letdown. Do better!

Waited 1 1/2 hours for a two person breakfast. The four different couples in our area all waited over an hour. Requested to speak to the manager as I could see all staff busy in the back running to take orders, bus tables, and work the cash register. I spoke with the manager, Craig or Greg, and asked him why we didn't see him helping them up front. A very prideful man, he did not take calm criticism or suggestions well. I requested he do something for the staff to show his appreciation to them. Gift cards, buying them lunch or dinner, flowers or a card. Anything as without staff he would have a job. The small mindset of the manager refused. He instead refused responsibility for how his shift was running. Instead of owning the responsibility and taking it to heart I had to listen to how he has seven kids and works hard. I have news for you Craig/Greg. If you show your staff appreciation staff will work even harder for you. Owners of this Denny's should consider training this manager. If the employees really felt cared for and appreciated it would be easy to get more staff in a college town through employee word of mouth. The manager refused to listen or consider my suggestions asking me to pay my bill and leave. So, I gave my server and another server who was constantly running between three job areas a twenty dollar tip and praised them for trying to help the customers so much. Good luck owners of this Denny's location. The cook and front staff are not the problem. When a manager doesn't help in the front and is to prideful to say thank to his staff, in my opinion, that manager is the problem! Going to "Harvey's, the breakfast place." across the street as I did the day before. Looks a bit run down but the food is good and the multi culture environment...

This review is about the employees mostly. Food was good but it wasn't what we ordered. We just didn't ask for them to be fixed because we had already been waiting for an hour and honestly didn't want to cause the only 2 good employees more stress. Men's restroom (so I was told) and restaurant was mostly clean. I didn't see the females restroom.

While we were waiting, some people who had waiting only 3 minutes walked out without paying because no one was paying attention. When we left, we waited like 10 minutes to pay and that was after we asked if the dishwasher was drunk and the first girl who had been yelling the entire time about customers and cursing so everyone was disturbed walked out on us in the middle of paying. The poor female cook was just doing her best to keep working and the only other waitress, our waitress, is about to give birth in March and was working 5 times harder. She was so sweet and nice, kept her professional attitude after learning she was left alone. That girl deserves a raise. We gave her and the cook a tip. The first girl needs to be fired. I know what a restaurant is like, I've worked plenty. Her behavior was just ridiculous.

This place needs someone to come in and help. Thank God for the pregnant girl and the cook that night. Granted it was Christmas night so they were busier than normal earlier I'm sure, however when we were in, there were only 3 other tables and these 2 girls were doing everything on their own (cook and waitress). I'm not even sure what the first waitress was doing the entire time, we barely seen her other than when she began yelling at the top of her lungs about the customers who had just left or were rude to her. I heard no customers being rude to her, I think she was just taking...

This is the 2nd time I've been to this location. First, I counted as a fluke, but I cannot hold back on the terrible service that I've experienced again. I ordered online and arrived on time for picking up my order. I wasn't allowed to wait at the front, but I had to go to the end of the bar where I tried to sit down in a chair, and was asked to get up to sit a group when there were plenty of other empty tables they couldve been seated. Meanwhile, another person picking up an online order had their food taken to them at the front, but myself and others had to go to the end of the bar? That doesn't make sense. While waiting for my order for 10-15 minutes (standing the entire time), there was one waitress who was rude to the cooks and to customers behind their back. I understand working in customer service and you have experiences where you need to tell a co-worker just to get it off your chest, but do it away from other customers. This was unprofessional and I told her so. On top of this, their food has gone down in quality and doesn't taste as good as it used to. A suggestion I would give this place, find a better solution to customers who are picking up online orders. Let them sit in the front (like most other places), and simply bring them their order after they tell you their name. Having them stand in the middle of other customers being served can be uncomfortable not for them but for staff trying to move around them.

For all future customers, do yourself a favor and just drive the extra few minutes to...
