This store has disappointed me for the last year, granted I don't go there very much any more for the reasons I'm going to tell you about. The place is very poorly managed. There doesn't seem the be a "leader" in the staff to drive prompt, efficient and noteworthy service. The fixes are easy ones if only someone could retrain the entire staff as to the Hardee's industry standards. This time around, going through the drive through, placed my order, a Western Bacon Double Cheeseburger w/ fries and a Strawberry shake. Easy enough right? I was asked to immediately pull into a waiting spot. Order time was 5:36 pm. After 15 mins of waiting I want inside to see how things were going. It took 5 minutes to even see anyone working the front, at that time only one person, which at that point, if there was only one person, I could understand the delay. But as I questioned the state of my melted shake in the pass, I noticed there was a cook, moving very slowly, then another employee came from the back, then another. At this point it had been 20 mins. I voiced my disapproval of the service. Then the young front cashier called the supervisor in on the com. Who I had noticed when i first drove up, hanging out in the back parking lot. To make a long story short I had them make me a fresh shake, (which ended up not even being a frozen shake, it was foamy strawberry milk). Fish sandwich was supposed to be plain w/ cheese, (was made sloppily and placed at the bottom of the bag, flattened. WBDCburger was missing components like onion rings and something else that I couldn't figure out. Since I was taking the meal home, only 5 miles, it should've been at least warn, it wasn't but the shake was. To too it all off , upon giving my critique to the shift leader, and having him write on my receipt, the time I got my food 6:05 pm, he asked me not to report him and he'd give me anything else to make everything right. Read moreI go to this location often, I used to like Hardee's burgers, they have gotten smaller lately but I still like them over other burger/ fast food places.. I always have to wait at just about any location I go to because Hardee's are always the slowest out of all "fast food" places. This afternoon I go through the drive thru, after placing my order and paying I am prompted to pull forward to continue waiting- as always. 10-15 minutes later get the bag. As I start to pull away I stop to check the order and it's completely wrong. Pull up and park go back in to let them know. 10 minutes later after the three of them figure it out they hand me another bag, I proceed to check it and still missing the one order of fries. Ok fine no big deal, get the fries then I'm on the way. Get home and still one of the sandwiches were wrong. I understand mistakes happen but this is ridiculous, y'all make the food smaller, go up on price make everyone wait 20 minutes to get the wrong order.. Outside of my personal complaint, I would like to also note the bag that I brought back in is typically supposed to be thrown away after it goes out of the building. I think they threw the fries away but all 3 or 4 chicken sandwiches went back to their "hot" window to be sold to someone else, which is a health code violation in itself... As much as I like your burgers you will not receive any of my business in the future. I understand that service is slow so the food can be made fresh, but get it right please. Read moreI rarely eat out, but there was a sporting event coming on in the evening and I thought a nice big burger would be great with this event. So, myself and my partner decided on Hardee's. We went inside to order because we don't really eat there much and we hate to hold up the drive thru. I ordered a 1/3 pound original thicburger...with extra cheese. My partner got the monster burger with no sauce, ie ketchup, mustard, and mayo left off. And a medium fries. Not a hard order, at least I didn't think. Once more, this was to go, not dine in. So we moved to the side and waited for our order. There were no other customers in line and only two customers eating. The drive thru was empty. The order took forever, they gave it to us for dine in. They were angry almost when we said we wanted it to go and had ordered it that way. There were hot fries being poured into the tray, but we were given the cold fries that had been there. No one else in line but us and cold fries...okay. When I got home with food, there was no extra cheese, the fries were ice, and my partners burger had everything on it. My partner can't have mayo or mustard, so the burger was not eaten. I have added it to my 6 month list. I'll try it again...
