Bagelman Bagels — Restaurant in Greenville

The bagels are always awesome!! In the past, I ordered toasted bagels and purchased a small tub of walnut and pineapple cream cheese! The service for to go orders was always extremely slow. I was told the orders are filled in the order received! Why not have a to go cook separate from the eat in orders!! After several times of waiting 15 minutes, I decided it may be best to just toast the bagels at home myself! Well today I ordered two bagels and a cream cheese container, ordered a blueberry and cheddar. When I got home, I noticed I had a plain bagel instead of cheese! At that point, I had already toasted my husband’s when I noticed mine was wrong. I had to drive back to the store to get the correct order! When I explained this to the cashier, she just said “oh I don’t remember”. I asked if they offer anything for me having to drive back and I guess it was the manager she said “no, just a replacement”. I mean, I wasn’t looking for anything free, I was just surprised they didn’t say something other than “I’m sorry”. I mean even McDonald’s would offer a free coffee! I called and spoke to the manager when I left because I was disappointed in my experience! She again just said I’m sorry and this happens sometimes when we are busy! I’m sure I’ll be back because I love their food but I’ll make sure I check my order before I leave! Because if it’s wrong, you can expect to drive back to get what you ordered and not fell warm and fuzzy when you leave! Their customer service needs some...

I come in a lot and seems customer service and quality has go e down. I came in to pick up an order and had to send my son in bc they forgot items. Get home and the Reubens were not even toasted, the chicken salad was 3 days old and no pickles. When I ordered I asked the girl to please make sure get the freshest chicken salad. She said they would. I called and Jacob answered the phone and kept saying huh what and I asked if he could hear me and he said it was loud and changed rooms then he said oh ok yeah he made fresh and when my son came in he handed him one up there which means they were pulled, no wonder it wasn’t cold. I could come back wasting my time and gas for them not giving me what I asked for in the first place. Then the called ended. I guess he hung up bc he couldn’t hear me in that room either. I called back later and spoke to him and said he could just credit my card and he said no he was not. It was in its 3 days freshness and he didn’t have to. Well I didn’t order 3 days ago I asked for todays. Told him I would do a review and thanked him for the poor...

I've placed 2 orders thru DoorDash pickup a week apart. They messed up on my first pickup as I was missing an egg bagel. I called back when I realized and they stated they were out and were waiting for the door dasher to arrive for them to tell. I explained there is no door dasher as I was the one picking up my own order and they had my order waiting at tge pickup stand that you get yourself. They were able to refund my money back.

Now I just placed another pickup order today and placed the pickup time to be between 11 20 to 11 30 am. My husband went to pick up and it wasn't there at the pickup stand. It took almost another HOUR before he got the food bc he had to ask where the food was and there seemed confusion going on about the order.

I don't understand, why allow pickup on door dash if they are going to make it so complicated as that defeats the point!!!!

I'm very irked that this was the service we received. I gave 3 stars as their food is good however, don't plan on ordering pickup on doordash or you may get in a bind...
