7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Greenville

I don't usually come to this location my normal is the firetower location because it's closer to me... but I happened to be in the area so I decided to come to this one at around 3:30pm... at first it was fine line wasn't super long so I expected to be in and out no problem but here's where the first problem was, the guy who took my order had me repeat my drink order multiple times until he finally put it through, there was no friendliness or smiles at all and he never gave me my total... second issue was how inconsistent people's orders were coming out... the man infront of me in line got his order well before the lady in front of him which meant he was stuck in line and it took an extremely long time fr orders to come out considering there weren't that many people in line... third issue is the biggest issue I had... the lady that gave me my drink tried to give me the wrong drink and kept telling me that was my order when it wasn't, when it was finally figured out she never asked me for my payment, I wasnt just going to drive away without paying because I usually love my 7brew people but today was terrible so I told the lady I haven't paid... she looked at me with an attitude, no apologies, no smile or "have a nice day" just attitude as if I was the issue... I still said thank you with a smile and left, well once I got to my destination I took a sip of my drink and found out the drink was made wrong... I went back at around 5pm and explained to the manager what happened and he made everything so much better, handled the situation very professionally... I would have just been satisfied with a remake of my drink but he went above and beyond and offered me a free drink card. The drink was made perfectly and he made the rest of my day better with the friendliness and smiles I usually get when I go to 7brew. He would honestly be the only reason I go back to...

We go to the Planet Fitness right across from this location almost every day, so we do see that people come here a lot. Sometimes, the lines are super busy, especially when they do their specials on the 7th of the month. I came here and let the person taking my order know that I was not familiar with the menu or the sizes. I was informed that they have small, medium, and large. I ordered a medium blondie and a small pina colada smoothie. We were asked if we wanted whipped cream on the smoothie and said yes. I am not sure what the price difference was between the two items because I did not get or ask for a receipt, but it came to about $12 for both and I was pretty surprised because I was expecting it to cost more. While we waited for our drinks to be made, the person who took our order made small talk with us. I am an awkward individual so I could have done a little better with letting the conversation flow, but I was pretty tired. I still appreciated the connection, though! I do not drink coffee but my partner does, and he said that it was one of the best coffees he's ever had. The pina colada smoothie was delicious. I’ve really wanted to like Seven Brew but it’s just too inconsistent. The first experience was great! So I went a few more times. Great! I had a not so good experience at the Fire Tower location so I came back to the Memorial location & it was great! Except the last 3 times in a row have been poor. The people are great, the energy is great but more importantly I want to enjoy what I've paid for. Today I ordered what I always get… a lavender matcha. I had cash on me today so I had to pull up to pay. No biggie. Well the person that I was to pay with couldn’t see my order. She called a gentleman over & he fixed it and I paid. I waited and waited and they kept calling out orders that weren’t mine. She entertained me with small talk while four cars in the other lane went by with their orders while I sat & waited. She had to remind them of my order AGAIN. When I finally received it you can just tell it was thrown together. There was no lavender… it just tasted like matcha and milk with ice in it.
