Visited the Augusta Rd establishment and purchased 2 subs and a salad on 8/8/25. What a horrible experience. A person at the cash register named Ky was rude, disrespectful and a poor representation of a Jersey Mike’s employee. He was mad about having to help make my salad. He displayed anger in his tone, refused to give me what I asked for on my salad and was very mouthy and down right displayed anger on his face. The other two people working in the restaurant were quiet but displayed a friendly demeanor. After being disgusted at the disposition of the person at the register , I inquired with another worker and ask what his name was and who was the manager. He said his name is Ky, I don’t know his last name but she and I are the mangers kinda in charge. A message to the manager of the August Rd Jersey Mike’s- I have been eating with Jersey Mike’s for 20 years and have never been treated in such a rude manner - had I been thinking I would have told Ky to keep the food and requested my $32.13 back and went somewhere else to eat where they would have appreciated my patronage. As you can tell I am still disgusted and disappointed in how Ky behaved and I am very unsatisfied. Advice to Management -there is a desperate need to get responsible caring team members to handle Jersey Mike customers respectfully and attentively. This Ky character needs to be terminated immediately. Be prepared to be mistreated if Ky is the person who takes your order and waits on you. I will not be visiting Jersey Mikes especially NOT the Augusta Rd location- simply put- it left a bad taste...
Read moreSo just left Jersey Mikes ordered 4 subs so when I walk in 2 fellows working one had 2 sandwiches he was working on other fellow was over by that grill not sure what he was doing so I waited for him to finish those subs at which one was mines because I ordered online but listen to this I’m still waiting for him to ask me what the other subs are gonna be( keep it mind he still working on 2 subs that only 1 belonged to me) so finally he ask me what the other sub’s are going to be, I tell him, other fellow then comes to help because at this point this young lady walks in, man you would’ve thought Jesus himself walked in, soon as she gets to the counter they both helping her with whatever she’s ordering, while the fellow is still working on mines, both are helping her, she made a mistake in her ordering and both like we make it however you want it , one fellow said I’ll just eat that and I can make it however you want me too, but she says no that’s okay, isn’t everybody deserving of that same level of service??? That’s my question, heck I purchased more then this young lady and I had to wait before they even ask what my other subs were gonna be she barely makes it in the door and they already asking her what she wants to get. Customer service no more unless, well you all get the point, just wow and I gave a tip hmmm...
Read moreThese guys are Sandwich artisan's. I always get the giant size, eat part for one meal then two snacks or one. This location, just off Augusta and between several other eateries and shoppes; does occasionally have difficult parking, although that will really be your only problem. A hint from me: green pepper is not in the bins they have displayed, ask for it if you want it as they're slicing your meats, saves them time and aggravation. One of the best AppleWood bacons around! And tip everyone please, these guys here really hustle to make this location put out one of the best sandwiches around! I wasn't paid or given anything for this review, I just really like this place and want others to enjoy and make sure the employees here get the recognition they deserve, so show them by tipping.
