McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenville

My mother, grandma and I visited this location on May 5th, 2023 around 5:30pm and I was accused of trying to steal my medium fries and large sweet tea. I provided proof of my receipt and proof that I HAD NOT received my food and a lady (who I assumed must have been the shift lead) refused to acknowledge us or my receipt for several minutes before she finally came over and told me I had already received my order ( I had not received my food and my mobile app tracker confirmed that I was still waiting on my order). The lady then proceeded to start yelling for someone named Mark in the back and walked away. When she finally came back she ignored us again, so I asked another employee if she could assist me. The employee apologized for the lady’s behavior and said she didn’t know what to do since the lady told her I already received my order. The lady finally came back over after I was showing my receipt and order number AGAIN to the employee and just told her to give me the order. My family and I were adamant that we DID NOT receive the order and that we were not trying to steal but the lady told us that “you’d be surprised how many people steal.” After her reaction to us it seemed to me we were racial profiled. Most of the other employees in the kitchen just watched and one man pulled the lady aside to talk about the situation. The employees almost seemed scared and nervous to speak out against the lady. We asked for the lady’s name but another employee told us “she wasn’t in it” and we weren’t able to find out her name, but she was a middle age white woman with eyeglasses and she’s heavy built. Scam! This McDonald's has a little bit of a secret scam going on, because they don't think you're going to pay attention! See in the first picture, where it says you can earn free food? Yeah, it's free. For McDonald's. They steal little pieces of other people's orders to give to the people getting free food. Scam! As you can see from the photos available, we ordered 2 large fries and 2 20 piece nuggets, intending to split this between 4 people. On the first receipt, it says we bought 2 small fries? And then on the bag receipt, it says we only ordered 1 small fries? What? Seriously. So we get home, and we're figuring this out, surprise, both 20 piece nuggets boxes contain 18 nuggets. I can understand, sure, they miscounted the fries, they must have missed 2 nuggets, right, except, No, it was both boxes of nuggets. Hey, man, what kind of show are you running here, if you're going to charge us for 2 20 piece nuggets, then give us 2 20 piece nuggets, if you're only going to allow us to have 18 nuggets, then how about only charge us for an 18 piece nuggets. If it's not on your menu, then why are you even giving us 2 18 piece nuggets? Why? I will tell you why. They gave a 4 piece nuggets and a small fries to someone else for free. If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived in the neighborhood across the street from this place for over 3 yrs. EVERY and I mean EVERY time I go there something isn't right. One time I waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. for a frozen drink just to be told when I got to the window that it was out and be offered a soda. Today I went and ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese, w no onions and extra pickles meal, large with a Dr. Pepper and received a quarter pounder w extra cheese no onions and extra pickles med. size and there were so many people complaining and it was so busy all I wanted to do was get out of there, and wasn't given the drink, and left out without it. When I got home we realized the whole order was wrong so my boyfriend went back only to be told they couldn't help him Because there was a 1.25 difference and he forgot to take his wallet, so he left back out w the wrong order after letting them know we lived right across the street and would still never be coming there again. I've given this place a million chances and this was finally definitely the last one. I'll drive 2 miles to another restaurant before I'll ever go there again.
