Read moreVery disappointed I hate leaving reviews on places, but just super disappointed. Sandwiches weren’t terrible but they were kind of bland. I got the meatball and it felt very flimsy and the meatballs felt almost frozen . That’s not to say they were frozen, but they just didn’t taste very good. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and somehow got a bagel with something else on it.. looks like Nutella, or some thing. Update : tried the bagel, it was Nutella and wasn’t very good. I understand some people mess up and it happens but we were the only people in there we were there for probably 20 minutes so they had plenty of time. And the food was great and my bagel was wrong so it got trashed. I’m not trying to be picky but it’s disappointing when you spend almost $25. And get two things that didn’t taste very well and one thing that was completely wrong and couldn’t eat it.
Service was amazing and people were super nice, which is why I decided to give a two star and not a one star. Being from New York City, I was really excited to try this place out and I will definitely try them out again in the future and update my review, but bring caution when trying pirates deli, it’s worth a try, but my experience...
Read moreMy husband picked up an order for us to eat at home. He had the Reuben. I had the Roast Beef Philly Style. We shared a large order of onion rings. He loved his sandwich. I lived the onion rings. They were crispy, thick and delicious! They are the best onion rings I've had in a very long time!
My RB Philly was good, the meat tasted great. It was nice to eat a sandwich that didn't taste like over processed water added cheap deli meat. The roast beef was really good quality and I liked how it was sliced a little thicker than a traditional Philly cheese steak. My only criticism is that it didn't taste like it was seasoned at all. A little seasoning would have taken this sandwich over the top.
Another small criticism is that the sandwiches don't come with chips or a side of fries. I think the sandwiches are priced great, mine was $10.50 and my husband's was $9.50, but if it was $2-3 more to get chips and a drink or fries and a drink would have been nice instead of having to order it all a la cart.
Overall, they have great sandwiches! I will definitely be back to try more of them because the ones on the menu all...
