Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenville

So here’s why they are RUDE and apparently not well informed with how to make coffee. They don’t understand how to make a dark iced coffee with a little flavoring. Everywhere else I have received good quality. This girl insisted it was just a quad expresso I was requesting so they didn’t even fill my venti all the way to the top. Not worth the money. Then they got an attitude with me when I tried to ask why they didn’t completely fill it and because I said never mind it’s whatever because I have places to be. Didn’t receive a receipt or see the girls name but it was a light strawberry/brunette curly haired white girl with a strange voice, light eyes, and not much of a chin/jaw. Her neck just kind of goes up to her face, she’s really pale/fair skinned with some freckles & she’s skinny somewhere between small to average sized. I think someone really needs to speak to her. I’m disgusted and displeased and this whole place will pay for it before I come back. Even during the line when I was ordering she didn’t understand how to perform well. She didn’t tell me the price and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else, she just said pull around and when I added to my order, she still didn’t say anything just ok pull around. Still never told me the price I gave her my card and never got a receipt I’m going to check my bank right now to make sure I haven’t also been robbed. Think I might need to call the manager later. Please be in touch. But maybe a good solution would be to stop hiring young girls with attitude and no motivation to work customer service. I’ve taken a lot of business classes and it’s not easy to forget that it’s about the customer. Idk what’s wrong w the world these days. I visit Starbucks on woodruff rd every Sunday after noon I always order an iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream and caramel just on whipped well today the lady katlyne made my drink without whip and it already had the caramel on it when I told her it was supposed to have whip with only the caramel on it she started to just put whip on it I then told her no I actually only wanted the caramel on the whip she looked at me with such an attitude and said what difference does it make and slammed the cup down on the counter before throwing it away really because I paid $5 for it and I ordered it right so the least u can do is make it correctly I wasn't even rude then she started mumbling to her coworker about it she never even said sorry to me I have never had a bad experience here usually it's the same group of people that know me and are always so nice.I also work in costumers service and I would never act like that so unprofessional I mean the lady that took my order was super nice and she put in everything I told her so how is it you get mad that you make my drink wrong and have to do it again and I waited 15min the first time then another 10min waiting on her to fix it ,it should not take almost 30min to get a...

This morning I went in for my usual! I only come once in a while if I have a gift card, and got one for the holidays, so I was super stoked! I used my mobile app to order my drink, which works perfectly! I was 5 min out and it said my drink would be ready in 4min! Great! Got there and my drink wasn’t made yet... so I waited. Got my Sea Salt Caramel Cold Brew and got to work just in time! Finally took a sip, and my order was wrong! It was a salted coffee with no caramel!!!! Oh man. It was bad! So, do I toss it?
