Customer service was horrible! I wasn’t greeted when I walked in nor the man who came in after me despite one worker simply sweeping and the other just standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. There was no “What can I get you?” or “How can I help you?” She literally just stared at me until I gave my order. I had to repeat myself several times. I asked for white bread. She turns to get the bread and says “wait, you want Italian herb right?” 🙄 Then, she toasted my sandwich BEFORE putting the cheese on (which I would’ve noticed but I was looking at which veggies I wanted) so she toasted it again which made the turkey very dry. Read moreI am someone that use to go to Subway all the time, and now I absolutely hate it! This particular Subway is so stingy with the toppings. They really need to bring the prices down with how stingy they are. I ordered a salad and the lady was so stingy with the toppings. I was literally standing there trying to figure what I could take out and cook because I knew that was not going to be enough to fill me up for dinner like I had planned. After being given two tomatoes on a salad, I had to nearly beg for another tomato and cucumber. It’s ridiculous! I have noticed all of these foreign owned Subways are like this. I wasn't angry; the young woman working there was gamely doing everything possible to get orders handled quickly while she awaited a replacement for the person who hadn't been able to come. I did have to cancel the order for lack of time.
When the owner of the store heard about my situation, she took extraordinary measures to refund my money and explain and apologize for the inconvenience. She even bought my lunch (which was excellent)!
