I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I used to go to the location on E North, but stopped because the amount of ice cream given dwindled to about half. Once there, an employee told me she was too tired to scoop any more ice cream and gave me an amount that would disappoint a baby. I decided to try the Laurens Rd location. This evening I told the employee I wanted two full scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. The amount of ice cream she gave me was so little I thought that she had made the mistake of giving me 2 half scoops. In addition to the tiny amount of ice cream that I received, the waffle cone crumbled immediately. A week ago, I asked for chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone. There was no cookie dough in the ice cream and once again the waffle cone crumbled immediately to the point I had to ask for a bowl. I like to support local businesses. For eight dollars that was a pitiful treat. I could get 2 pints of Häagen-Dazs for the same price… Which would be 10 times the amount of ice cream that I...
