Greenville has a growing cigar scene, with several opening the last year or so. If you’re headed downtown, or here for a visit, Torch is the most convenient. They’ve done a nice job remodeling the former Stone Pizza location, and the covered screened porch area remains a great spot when the weather is temperate. Torch has a nice selection of draft beers, as well as can and bottle options. The liquor selection is already good, but will be expanding. Same story with the humidor- nicely curated selection, with more cigar brands on the way. There is a short menu of small bites available. Definitely a work in progress, with the owners and managers clearly interested in your feedback for improving the experience. If you happen to catch a day when Alyssa is behind the bar, she certainly lights up the room with excellent service (cigar pun intended)! Torch has a uniquely shaped lot, but there are spaces all around the building to make free parking available for several guests. Not all of the cigar bars in Greenville are as interested in their customers as they should be, but that’s not the case at Torch, very chill and relaxing vibe....
