So much to say but I’ll keep it short and simple. My pictures speak for itself. Not satisfied with the results and I pay too much money for something I can do at home. The owner didn’t want to partially refund so we agreed to a scalp massage and a blowout after back and forth. Ivy was kind and willing to do her best but the skill was not there. My hair is too black, with no dimension, and nothing close to the picture inspo. The blowout was not as professionally done as my past experiences. I showed her an inspo picture of how much volume I was looking forward but my hair was flat. I give myself a better hair blowout. The scalp massage was ok. I will take my business somewhere else bc they lack transparency and skill. Also, don’t let hairstylists tell you that your hair will lighten up after washes if your hair is not to the shade you requested. My hair is still very dark after 7 washes. Reply: Heather, You like it or not my review is part of it. Your poor reply doesn’t surprise me. I was kind and respectful and if my review bothers you oh well… I want to warn the women who resemble me about this place. The owner Heather never seemed she value me as a client after sharing how unsatisfied I was. I attempted to talk to heather but I was told she was with a client but she never attempted to reach back, as a business owner myself I give my time and respect to my clients. Especially if they aren’t satisfied with the service! Hmm, I wonder why your treatment towards me is so poorly??? I know but I’ll let karma deal with your kind. If you’re Latina with black indigenous hair this is not the place for you.

Gia is an ARTIST! I moved to Greenville over 2 years ago and had found a decent cosmetologist but was never REALLY happy with the outcome of my hair. Back home I had friends that were hairstylists who always took great care of me and I guess I was spoiled. I met Gia through work and after getting to know her I had a feeling she would be a better fit than the woman I had been going to. I had some minor and vague directions as to what I wanted from my hair. She gave me her opinions as well to what she thought would work best. So I decided to give her creative freedom to fill in the rest between my vague wants. She even said she felt some pressure but she dove right in. She really understands color theory and what colors suit complexion. She really is a color specialist and you can tell. After 2 years of not being happy with my hair, I’m obsessed! She made me love my hair and now I don’t feel so washed out in my appearance! The salon is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Plenty of space and lots of lighting. If you’re looking for a new hair stylist who will listen and give you what you’re looking for (and even what you didn’t know you were looking for 😉) go see Gia. You won’t be disappointed!

I had my first appointment with Mollie and wow!! She is so absolutely amazing and talented I hardly have the words to describe what she did for me! The way that she cared for me and my hair was second to none and I left her chair feeling so wonderful and refreshed! She restored so much confidence I had lost being unhappy with the way my hair looked. She really listened to me and did exactly what I have wanted for so long. I think she actually did even better than that! I had been going to a place where I didn’t feel heard and paying so much to leave disappointed not loving it time after time. I had no idea how bad it actually was until Mollie took photos to show me what it looked like from the back. I feel so much better now and better about myself. I will definitely be sticking with Mollie and I trust her so much with my hair! Her assistant Ava was fantastic as well and the whole experience just really was amazing! See my before and after photos to see how much Mollie helped me and just how amazing she truly is!

I have been coming to these lovely ladies for 6 years. As a matter of fact, I learned about them from asking a client who did her hair and extensions. It was Bones and Honey! I scheduled an appointment and I haven’t looked back! I go to Mollie, who always does what is best for my hair and not her pocketbook. She is amazing at matching hair and putting in extensions. Even my daughters did not realize I had them. Now my daughters are loyal to Mollie as well. She is a highly competent colorists, and I LOVE the way she styles my hair. I always walk away from these appointments looking fifteen years younger. Heather, owns the salon and is extremely approachable, full of expertise and been in the industry over 25 years. She is amazing and has taught most of these ladies. I also met Ivy, formerly Mollie’s assistant, and she has become as knowledgeable as the rest of the amazing staff there. Her head massages are out of this world!! Ava is Mollie’s new assistant and she is already doing an amazing job with her head massages and wash. No doubt she is headed for great things!! In my conversations with them, I learned they take monthly educational classes to stay on top of the latest trends in the industry. Their new space opened a year ago. It is on the outskirts of downtown Greenville , has convenient parking and is an upscale salon that offers complimentary...

This was my first experience and after hearing about how great the stylists are I was very excited. I requested an apt with someone who was recommended but she wasn’t available but I was insured that the stylist I was getting was great with blonde hair. My apt was at 12 and lasted 3.5 hours. I showed the stylist a picture of the blonde high and low lights I wanted and she was so sure she could do it and started on my hair. After finishing the “highlights”, she told me she would go through and add low lights, but she didn’t. She said she’d wash out the highlights and add some darker blonde to give it more of the ashy look that I wanted. I stayed in the chair at the wash bowl for quite a while with what they consider a “massage chair” which didn’t feel like much of anything. I didn’t get a head massage. And the “blow out” took forever and my hair felt more damaged then before. Once my hair was dried, you could see the highlights but all the brassy blonde that I had before was still there with NO lowlights. My hair did not turn out anything like the photo I wanted and cost me a whopping $300! I would have complained at the finish but I was so ready to leave after already spending 3.5 hours in the chair. OAN, everyone was very nice and the salon was...
