I was spoke to rude by an employee- not sure if manager or not- but after this person was rude, I had waited over 20 minutes to pick up order that when I first got there they said it was about ready. After 15 minutes waiting I asked how much longer- I was then told they just started making the order. Then 5 minutes later I asked how much longer and this rude employee then confronted me/ and said the girl I was asking was a âchildâ. Kept making excuses because their employees are children. I then said she was no child- he says she was in high school. If she is working and has taxes taken out f her check/ she is no child in my book, but my issue was not with her it was with this rude older boy that was you ser than me, and Iâm not sure what his excuse was for his rude behavior but he flat out told me he was not apologizing to me and he did not care. This order was on the screen 28 minutes before it was handed to me and the child then pushed it to me on the counter rudely, as if she was justified in being rude because he defended her. I have NEVER been in a place if business that was this unprofessional before in my 41 years in this earth. Apparently this store does not care about customers at all. I was never rude, simply asked why I was lied to when I first arrived and asked how many more minutes as my feet and back were killing me after standing waiting for over 20 minutes. I then asked if they could bring it to my car when it was ready- thatâs when this rude boy started at me- never did I speak or see him prior to this. This is the most rude behavior I have had in my whole life from a business. Oh and I was picking up an order for door dash- which is supposed to be a quick delivery for the customer, but over 20 orders were placed and given out while I waited on this one order. I got my usual: (traditional) Wings ân Things Nuclear, with Blue Cheese. I asked for water because I didnât want a soft-drink or tea. But letâs start with the food and then Iâll go backâŚ
I used to dip my fries in the sauce there was always so much of it, but there was barely any sauce on the chicken, so it wouldâve been a stretch of the imagination to dip some fries in there. It was just dry, hard, flavorless chicken. And that irresistible garlic bread I never understood the need for with french fries, but still ate anyway⌠was just a half toasted piece of bread with a spot of butter on it⌠definitely resisted eating that.
There wasnât even anyone in the line before me⌠maybe it tastes better when they're busy and the wait is over 15 minutes. (eye roll)
Total disappointment, and Iâll never feel the need to stop and feed my nostalgia again.
Now backtrack a sec: when I got to the window the young lady handed me a fountain drink cup with water in it. Confused, I asked was it faucet water and she seemed confused and asked someone else who frowned her face and said something I couldnât make out from the closed window, and the young lady relayed that it was filtered as she handed me a fresh cup of the same thing. I said I can get filtered water at home, I wanted to replace the drink with water⌠apparently they have no bottled water⌠so I said Iâd get the drink that came with the meal, and asked for a lemonade, but was told it was an up-charge. I opted to just get iced-tea, because why would pay more for something I didnât even want anyway (eye roll).
While the customer service peopleâs mouths sounded friendly, their faces and attitudes told the real story.

   Read moreI will start with my $8 COLD loaded fries. They where so cold the cheese even laughed and stayed hard. Ranch dressing where? Service I was handed my inside order in a bag like drive thru yet I told them the order was for there. They must of known no one in their right mind could sit down and eat there. Had to ask for my large drink cup 2 times. I did go ask for another ranch dressing for my fries. Cashier had to finish typing her text to get that. Employees standing around talking but who to ask for hot fries from was impossible. No leadership anywhere. I thank it was the manager sitting at a table with her phone. She did speak like she was the manager. Atmosphere...between the loud music and all the talking from employees I HAD TO LEAVE. Seriously never seen so many employees just talking to each other being loud like they where in the ghetto. THE WORSE RAN BUSINESS I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. Adding photos but did not take pics of all the employees hanging around, that was out of respect for the one other customer sitting in the dinning room. He only had a drink cup. He was smart. ZAXBYS DONT WORRY YOU WILL GET MY SURVEY. I WILL NOT WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN THERE. SAD I had no one I felt I could even approach in the store to tell them in person.
