DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not only is Starbucks anti military, but they are way over priced. You would think with the over $2 price tag on thier basic coffe you would get something decent at the very least! Here are some price explanations that may shock you. Starbucks estimates are based on a 16-ounce grande coffee at $2.10 per cup. Home-brewed estimates are based on an approximate $8 cost of a 34 ounce can of Folgers or Maxwell House, which amounts to about $.08 per 16 ounce serving valid as of Jul 22, 2014. So you can brew a high quality 16 ounce cup of coffee at home for $2.02 cheaper then buying a low quality 16 ounce cup of Starbucks cheapest coffee! To conclude for those who do not know when the Iraq and Afghanistan war was raging in around 2006 as President Bush issued a troop surge, many service members who were big fans of Starbucks were denied any incentives or discounts, much less any free or donated coffee to be sent overseas! Even will all that you would think the quality of thier service wouldn't matter, but it was as if my coworkers and I were a problem to be served! I am not sure if they were having a bad day, but all it did was rub off onto others around. Avoid...
Read moreThis place deserves zero Stars...I decided to go ahead and erase my original review because since the remodeling of this store it's gone to hell. I did an online order through the app 30 minutes before I arrived and I still had to wait another 8 minutes for a freaking bagel... I have stood at that counter for at least 5 minutes before I got any acknowledgment from the four ladies that looked me straight in the face and proceeded to walk away.. and I think the only reason why they acknowledge me cuz I was fixing to walk out the door.. without one word out of their mouth not hello welcome to Starbucks or I'll be right with you absolutely nothing. And then when I asked about my drink very rudely" it's no longer available" . That's fine I understand that ,but you could be a little bit nicer in your tone and you can smile and acknowledge that somebody has walked into your restaurant. I understand that people get busy but a little bit of hello or will be right with you goes a long way a little bit of a smile without attitude in your voice. A smile goes...
Read moreThis Starbucks is horrible. I always have a problem with the employees. They are always in a bad mood and very unprofessional. I've called corporate twice about the service and both times they said the district manager would contact them. The last experience I had was with an older lady who seemed to be apart of management. She had the worst attitude with me and talked to me like I was a child in front of other customers. She had an attitude when taking my order. I work down the street from this Starbucks I go there probably 4 or 5 times a week and I will not be going there anymore. I'm so tired of their attitudes and nobody doing anything about it. The second time I called corporate the lady I talked to never apologized on their behalf. I'm just so amazed at the customer service of a huge company that has plenty of money. They pay these people all this money to have attitudes. I do not want anything in return of this horrible service. I just wanted it to be fixed and it seems like it will...
