I had a prior experience when I ordered online for delivery during lunch hour, and experienced over an hour wait. I decided to give them another try, but this time I called and asked for the current delivery time. I was advised "a few minutes" because I was the only order they had, so a driver would be sent out right away. An hour later, I'm still waiting for my food. I called after 40 minutes to cancel my order, and the girl who answered the phone was very rude, and told me that the driver was already on the way. I apologized, but advised they should call their driver and have them skip my delivery. I explained my frustration with the wait, and she advised that "at the time" I ordered I was first in line, but that changed. She said "whatever" and ended the call. Within a minute, a male employee called back and apologized, adding that if I would still like my food, he would have his driver come anyway, and that I would not have to pay for the order. He then stated that he would call his driver. I absolutely appreciate the free lunch, which is the only reason I've even given 1 stars. Update: my food just arrived, and the driver still seemed to think I was paying for an order that I was already advised was free. I explained that I could call the store back and verify, or if he didn't trust what I was saying, he could take the food. He insisted that he didn't want me to call anyone, and just offered me the food for free. I explained that the food was free because delivery had taken over an hour, and he stated that he had just left the store, and could show me on his GPS history that it had taken 22 minutes to get to me because he had stops. I still tipped him based on what my order total was (total tip was 25%), but he continued to try to argue with me that it had not taken very long since it was during the lunch hour, and a wait should be expected. Even as I tried to explain to him that I was frustrated with the expectation that was set when I called in my order, and that I was not upset with him, which was why I was still tipping him, he continued to argue with me and advise that I was wrong. Experienced horrible racist attitudes from our instore visit on 8/27/13. I'm Mexican & my husband looks black but is mixed with everything. When we walked in all the Mexicans working there gave us dirty looks and rolled their eyes at us. They disrespected my husband by not greeting him or I and not placing our order in his hands and not by speaking or being cordial to him. Completely outraged since we left California for this kind of treatment and this is the first time experiencing discrimination like this in Colorado. Also seemed to make the company feel very fake since they have all these "high moral" pictures on the walls and their employees were acting like that.
Food is great but if your an interracial couple you might just stick to ordering...

We ordered 2 sandwiches and chips the other night and from the time the app said "out for delivery" until we got our food was almost an hour and a half. So much for "Freaky Fast". We called once 30 min after the app said "out for delivery" and they told us the driver was in the neighborhood, We then called another 40 minutes after that and whoever answered the phone was trying to be nice but defilntley had attitude and said the driver was still making deliveries in our neighborhood. We literally live across the street and find it very hard to believe it would take over an hour to deliver and if this is the case then higher more drivers?
