Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenwood Village

This particular Starbucks has very rude service. I did a mobile order with 2 drinks and a food item, my drinks where ready when I got there but I was missing my food item. They were very busy so I was standing to the side by the mobile order area waiting for it to come out. After 5 minutes I asked one of the employees if I could get the item and he said sorry let me check to make sure it wasn't placed with the in-store orders. The employee at the register yelled across down to me saying "you could have walked to get your own order" this is a small Starbucks and they had a line of people so I was not going to weave in and out of people to check if my item was at the other end when it should have been placed with the mobile orders. There sign for mobile orders also said to "be sure you grab all of you items from your order, they will be placed here"....

I spend a lot of time working out of coffee shops. Although I prefer locally owned and operated, there are many times that Starbucks is the best option. Some Starbucks locations are better than others. Friendlier staff, better wireless internet, quiet atmosphere... those are the things that I look at to distinguish one location from another. This particular location is quite good. The staff is really friendly. I haven't had any problems with slow internet. It is relatively quiet so you can actually do some work or study. That last criteria is becoming harder and harder to find because Starbucks apparently has decided that they want to be a nightclub and have the music turned way too far up for a coffee shop. Hopefully they get that...

Going there for over ten years and never ever had such bad experience like today. Two people on cash register taking orders from people and only one us actually making drinks! About ten people lined up in waiting already, more people coming and only one still making the drinks. My chocolate croissant cooled down before I got my drinks. So much for asking to heat it up at the beginning. Needed to say also , the table in front of milk and sugar table is blocking pathway and whatever advertising post is blocking it on the other side. My husband also was complaining on their service quality for some time now and we start avoiding this Starbucks . So sad because we were going there for years regardless if it was on...
