Update 10/17/2023, John manager reached out to me today and I asked to talk directly to the manager, he informed me that I need to speak with him (John). I told him that the issue was with him and thatâs why Iâm needing to speak to the owner. He again reiterated that the owner would not be contacting me and the owner told John to contact me. How unfortunate is this for customer service . Still requesting that the owner reach out because the issue is with your manager John.
My husband came in to get my juice that I get on a weekly basis talked with John and He said that he is now in charge. He was very unprofessional and did not have my standing order ready at 4 oâclock that is picked up every Sunday. Employee in the back came to the front and said âya how can I help youâ. I am wondering if maybe this nexter has a new owner, Iâve never been treated so badly before in the seven months that weâve been going here.

   Read moreI recently visited this store on 5/18 and ordered the Green Apple Sparkler which I have ordered numerous times but this time the color was yellow so I asked the lady if there was spinach in it and she responded by telling me that she didn't know it was suppose to. Lol I was pretty surprised she didn't even know the recipe. She added the spinach but when I took a sip it tasted like pineapple. I took it back and decided to speak with her colleague hoping he had more experience. He told me the reason why it didn't taste right was because the mix was pre-made and THREE DAYS OLD. Considering they had all the fresh ingredients right there, I asked if he could just make me a new one but he told me that it would taste the "same." I was confused by his logic....    Read moreThe man closing tonight (on 12/23) could not have been more rude. We walk in and he immediately yells âare you picking up an online order?!â No greeting or hello. We just got the pre made bottled drinks, and set them on the counter. He asks if we wanted a bag, and we said yes. He then drops the bag on the counter and walks to the back of the store, does not help us bag, or help with any of our items. Then when we are checking out the system demands a tip, there was no option to have no tip. This manâs service as not anywhere near worthy of a tip and nekter having that option is an absolute scam.
