Arby's — Restaurant in Greenwood

This is a pretty good Arby's location. I always get the double Beef and Cheddar sandwich. There is always lots of cheese on it, and I always like it that way. The staff is friendly and fast. The man working the drive thru had a mask on, but his nose was exposed, so I have to dock half a star for that. The only other complaint I have about this location is that I ordered cheese sticks as well, and they didn't include the marinara sauce to go with them. I remember them asking if we wanted any sauces for my son's chicken tenders, but marinara for the cheese sticks should have been included without having to ask for it. Overall this is a good Arby's though as are most of the fastfood restaurants...

Morning me to pay $17 for four basic roast beef sandwiches. I asked what kind of deal did they have he said five roast beef sandwiches for 799 if I had a coupon I said I did not have a coupon could I get one from them I was told no. Then the manager got on the phone and said they don't have coupons in the store which I don't doubt. They wanted me to spend $9 more for one less Arby's sandwich. I told them no thank you and I would never return. I understand there handcuffed Buy coupons but they could have made provisions I will never return to an Arby's until they correct...

Had a coupon for Chicken Nugget meal. Ordered, asked for large fries and large diet coke. Order taker told me that the coupon could not be used if I upsized. Explained I understood there would be an extra charge, so young lady took my order, chicken nuggets, large CRINKLE fries and large diet coke. Paid at window, handed bag and drink. Drove off and wanted to start eating. Received Luke warm chicken nuggets and BARELY WARM CURLY FRIES. Big difference. I will think long and hard about going back due to the...
