Arby's — Restaurant in Greenwood

Friday my son came home to eat and relax before having to return to the field and prep to play their Homecoming Gamel. Deciding Arby's was what he wanted for his grub I grabbed the coupon sheet we just received in the mail. Boy did we take advantage of it!!! Ordered 6 items using basically all coupons only, the young lady taking our drive thru order was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Very patient and always making sure everything was correct and exactly as we wanted and such. Shout out to her. Not very often do u get such great service basically dealing with food in general then to have someone using almost all coupons, AND having numerous other cars behind us just waiting to get their order taken.!! Lol So, to that young lady working drive thru around 3:20pm on Homecoming Game Friday at the Arby's in front Kroger on US 31, I believe,(new to state so not familiar with roads yet) YOU GO GIRL!!!! Not ONLY did u have OUTSTANDING CS skills, our order was not ONLY correct in every sense BUT, came out quick, hot, and ALL at the same time!! No having to pull up and wait for ANYTHING!!! JOB WILL DONE TO THE REST OF THE STAFF AS WELL. CAUSE I KNOW Y'ALL WERE THE ONES THAT MADE IT HAPPEN THAT WAY!!! And question, do the cheese sticks and poppers come with their own special dipping sauce? Didn't think to ask when I was there and yes, it's way too late now to get any. But, for future...

Best visit to any Arby's ever!!! I wish I got names to mention them... But we're truckers and on a timed schedule and I was there right before the dining room closed on April 7, 2018 I had made my order paying with a large bill.. I asked if she could change it before I even ordered and she said they would figure it out for me.. thats awesome! Most places turn you away with large bills that late.. thank you for not sending me away!! Got my order and got back to the truck to find out my sandwich was made wrong😢 I was so looking forward to trying the smoke House brisket... So I called them back and the gentleman that answered the phone was more than willing to make it right.. got there and got the replacement and was blown away.. I think they spoiled me because I know the smokehouse brisket will NEVER be that amazingly awesome ever again!!! Thank you guys for making my night and the most amazing smokehouse brisket EVER!!!! This is the 2nd time I have attempted to use the drive through only to be told, "Just so you know I'm out of roast beef."

The 1st time while annoying I could almost understand as it was during their 5 for $5 deal. Tonight they are not running such a deal. Can anyone explain how a place that sells primarily Roast Beef is always out of roast beef?

All u can think is that, A the evening shift just doesn't want to work, B the previous shift did not prep for the later shift. Or C the management team is incompetent and cannot order adequate product. I highly doubt it is a supply shortage as they would put up signs. Further it was the same person in the window both times.

So the location either staffs lazy or incompetent individuals. Regardless this is the last time I spend money at...
