Bob's Tu Your Door Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

I ordered a cheese pizza with bread sticks. I found a hair on a piece and because I wasn’t sure if it had been there or not I just threw that piece away. A little bit later I went to get another piece and found another hair. Yes the lid had been on the whole time. I hated to complain but decided I should since I had spent $25.00. This is the third time I have ordered from them and it was good the other 2 times. The girl I talked to on the phone acted like I was lying and could of cared less. The only thing she told me was the guy that makes the pizza is bald and that no one there had black hair cos I told her it looked black. I was shocked really that she treated me this way as I said before I wasn’t making it up I had ordered before with no problem. She hung up on me. I am going to go in tomorrow and speak with the owner. She said that it had been 3 hours ago when I had ordered. I called a few minutes after 10. I received the pizza a few minutes after 8:00 so it hadn’t been 3 hours as she stated on the phone. I stayed at a hotel near the restaurant. I ordered no problem and verified that they delivered to my hotel. Approximately 45 minutes later, I received a call from the delivery guy asking what my room number was. I told the driver my room and he told me he was standing in front of my room. I went into the hall and told him I didn't see him. He then told me I was probably at another location in Beach Grove. I told the driver the address I was at and he told me he had lived in the area for 50 years and that I didn't know where I was at. I hung up and called the restaurant and told their driver was not at the right location. I described my location and the person on the phone stated they knew where I was at but the driver left to deliver to another location. At about the 1.5 hour mark, the driver finally arrived at the exact location I told him I at with a luke warm pizza. I received a pizza that was luke warm and cold peperoni cheese sticks. I hate to do this, because I never complain. I have stage 4 terminal cancer and eating for me is always a challenge and hardly ever feel like eating. My wife asked me if there's anything that I think I'm in the mood for or I think I can eat and I said there's a pizza place in greenwood that I hadn't had in 15 years, but it's almost an hour away would you mind to please go there, I used to eat it all the time and I loved it. Of course she didn't mind and she drove the hour. We ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 small (52 dollars and that was a special, but anyway i didn't care the price for a good Pizza) when she got home I was so excited to have something i remembered being so good. Well that wasn't the case all 3 pizzas had no sauce on them and were very dry. It was such a disappointment as i can hardly ever eat and then to waste 52 dollars on basically 2 and 1/2 pizzas.
