From the moment we were seated, Jonah left a lasting impression that elevated our entire dining experience. He wasn’t just a server, he was the heartbeat of our table, bringing energy, charm, and an unmistakable charisma that made us feel like VIP guests from start to finish. Jonah has that rare quality where he can make you feel like you’ve known him for years, even if it’s your first time meeting him. He was effortlessly personable, greeting us with a warm smile and natural confidence that made us instantly comfortable. His personality lit up the room.. genuine, witty, and just the right amount of humor to keep the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Throughout the meal, Jonah was attentive without hovering, checking in at the perfect moments and always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. His recommendations were spot-on, and it was clear he truly knew the menu and cared about the quality of the customer experience. Every interaction felt sincere, never scripted or forced. He made conversation feel easy and organic, adapting effortlessly to the vibe of our group. Whether he was answering questions or just chatting with us casually, he was engaging, thoughtful, and completely in tune with everyone at the table. What stood out most was Jonah’s professionalism paired with a magnetic personality. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the way he presents himself, communicates, and connects with people. He’s a natural leader, someone you could easily see stepping into a management position. He has a way with people that’s hard to teach, and it’s clear he thrives in a team environment. With his incredible interpersonal skills and positive attitude, it wouldn’t surprise me at all to see him climbing the ranks soon. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or robotic, Jonah was a breath of fresh air. He made the experience memorable, enjoyable, and left us all walking away saying, “He was so good!” I truly hope management knows what a gem they have in him, because Jonah is the kind of employee that makes people want to come back—not just for the food, but for the service and the feeling of being genuinely cared for. Thank you, Jonah, for your outstanding service.. you made...
Read moreHad a great time here on 1/30/25! **Most important tip is to download the D&B app ahead of time if you care about extras! (Think play points and free food!) Our first time at a D&B!
Literally every game except 1 was in order and they were actively working on it. The games are modern and for all ages (6+) the ticket redemption center is one of the better ones I’ve seen. Plenty of “prizes” for children and adults! The arcade area was all very clean and there are tables throughout to set your drinks. The situation with food was a little awkward because we went early (around 3pm) and the front door/desk girl genuinely had no idea if we could eat or not, and didn’t know where to send us so my husband went to the bar and asked if we were able to eat and he took care of us! He was helpful and nice but didn’t get his name unfortunately! the manager? (I think!) came by the table twice to make sure things were to our liking and really appreciated that. The food was great, hot and FRESH!! Not a fan of mango honey mustard lol but besides that, my chicken sandwich was delicious. Husband said he wasn’t joking when he feels like his cheeseburger was one of the best burgers he’s eaten (he said they’re smash burgers full of flavor and that the fresh veggies plus the bun were all chefs kiss lol) and my 9 year old son had a pepperoni flatbread to which he said was “really good” so I’ll take his word for it! I plan to order a bbq chicken flatbread next time. The ICEE didn’t work :( but who cares, when you can add vanilla or cherry to your soda?! Because the food area was so clean, our order was correct and fresh, with the attentiveness from our server +the (?restaurant/D&B) manager checking on us, we had a very nice dinner experience to add to the fun arcade experience we had afterward. All of the employees we talked to were friendly and created a family-fun atmosphere. We will be coming back!...
Read morePROS: I assumed by the TV commercials that Dave & Buster's was only for grown-ups but children are welcome and there are MULTIPLE games designed so that everyone can enjoy them (a lot have themes containing characters from kid shows); half of the prizes at the ticket exchange were for children and the amount of tickets required to purchase an item was very reasonable. The building inside and out, including the bathroom, is exceptionally clean. Staff are super friendly, efficient, and fun- one of my children got really excited when he won a lot of tickets and a staff member came up to us and celebrated with my son (I thought the staff member was coming over to hush us up lol)! The games awarded an amazingly fair amount of tickets. The menu wasn't very appealing to us (not many of the basic options) and each item seemed to have a weird twist (from what our family is used to I guess) so I just ordered a bunch of different things that we could sample and fill up on. The food came out very well plated and EVERYTHING tasted amazing! Even though there is a bar, there were no loud, obnoxious drunk people. The music and game sounds weren't ridiculously loud- we were able to speak to each without having to yell. CONS: we don't have a Dave & Buster's close to home... *My family was in Indy on a mini-vacation that we planned around a major attraction; it turned out to be a huge disappointment to us despite the hype. But after going to Dave & Buster's, my kiddos said it made up for the letdown earlier that day. They loved Dave & Buster's so I want to say "thank you" to the staff for turning my...
