Absolutely ridiculous how my husband and I were treated by Ellie. She wasn't even servicing us.

We spend a good amount of money here and come often. We know most of the bartenders and unfortunately Ellie always has an attitude. She decided to run my husband's card in the middle of the night. Yes I was cut off which was fine with me. Livie told me and I said that's fine but my husband was not since he was just drinking beer. It's my birthday so of course I was drinking more. Because he gave her an old card to hold for our open tab, we owed $15 after she ran it without authorization and for no reason but her own. I was waiting on a water when Ellie came to our table she was so rude to my husband about $15 that when my husband responded with how rude she was being, she said she didn't like how he was talking to her and had security escort him out. Of course we were mad about this so I explained to Marcus security that we were just trying to pay. I'm not the person to leave the bartenders high and dry and not pay for what we received. Shawna and Livie were making us drinks last night, not Ellie. They were great! Always smiling and were super nice! I'm really confused as to why she always has a rude and hateful attitude towards customers and treated us the way she did for no reason. On the plus side, the Dj last night was amazing, the chicken wrap and cheese bites were great. Shawna and Livie were great. Well , I just moved here from FL and I love karaoke and my sister brought me here ....unfortunately a couple of days ago I lost my DL but I had a valid picture of it (front and back ) the guy said he couldn't accept it and I asked for a manager and another guy went to ask her ...I asked to speak to her and ask her myself and she didn't come over ...I felt being that I have a degree in communications and public relations she was very dismissive after I requested her presence. Anyway once I get another ID I will come back andaudit my feedback and rating. From what I see the place looks clean and safe and kareoke looks like it's going to be fun. But for now it stays at 1 because the way she handled it and the fact that I'm 45 years old and look nothing under 21 ...although rules are rules I believe that certain situations can be solved in the guest favor if the situation has blatant clarity and this was def one of them. I do think thee guy at the door was doing his job he was clear apologetic and he sympathized .... but the lady I asked for not so much Hope next...

This was my first time coming here solo in years. I enjoyed the people. Everybody looked like they knew each other and came there often, and I liked seeing that. What I didn’t like is that I was on this pool table for 4 hours straight and not one person/server said anything to me... if I wanted a drink, nothing. It was very odd because I purposely got on a center table just to see how things went, that was pretty bad. Also, I knew it was a smoking bar coming in but I didn’t think it would get that bad on a Tuesday night. I came home smelling like an ashtray. So would I recommend this place?, sure. I did enjoy seeing the people or people watching and no drama from anyone, BUT they need to do better with talking and interacting with people that are new and not just people that are in there every day or every week. The smoke was so bad, I wouldn’t go back, but other people may, pool tables out this way are hard to come by. Someone could’ve gotten a hell of a tip if they just spoke to me and asked me if I needed anything... 4...
