I visited with my elderly parents and husband, who are not always adventurous eaters. They loved it!
We had pork dumplings, shrimp in spring roll blankets, the delicious cole slaw, Pad Thai, a deep fried tofu dish, and a beef and vegetable dish. Everything was cooked just right, with crisp vegetables and very pretty garnishes.
We got some sticky rice and Thai custard, too, for dessert. It was served hot, with a sweet sauce. We were surprised to find that my dad liked it the most, as he is the picky eater of our group!
The service was also wonderful. Eve was our server, and her sweet and kind personality made our experience very enjoyable. Our food was ready very quickly, too. Good job, kitchen staff.

Read moreThis restaurant has a tasty selection of dishes. I remember the staff understanding our vegetarian needs and being honest about the various nonvegan sauces like fish sauce, oyster sauce, and other meat broths in their food when asked. We appreciated their honesty by keeping our needs in their mind first. This gave us peace of mind; if you have food restrictions, you would be glad too.
We went on a weekday date afternoon ;) and we ordered curry. It came with a decent serving of rice, a soothing soup, a veggie spring roll with yummy sweet sauce, and a crunchy salad with an even better mustard lemon dressing. The food was outstanding, and the service was even better.
I highly recommend this place. We left invigorated and pleased. Shout out to such businesses with good hearts and clean souls...
Read moreHouse of Thai is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants in Greenwood, IN—especially for vegetarian food lovers. The ability to customize dishes without fish sauce is a huge win, and you won’t find that overpowering fishy smell that’s common in many other Thai spots.

Overall, a true hidden gem for Thai cuisine in Greenwood. Don’t miss it if you’re...
