Fazoli's — Restaurant in Greenwood

Literally the worst experience ever . I live near the store on Madison and was excited to treat my family for some pasta and breadsticks , but my service threw drive thru was sooo terrible tonight I will go 10 minutes out of my way everytime to go to the location on 135 . The terrible service started at the speaker where the MANAGER ON DUTY barely gave me time to pull up before SHE told me to wait to order after waiting literally 15 seconds (why even wait ) she took my order and less then friendly may I add she told me to pull up for my total . As I waited 17 minutes at the window watching HER and the rest of the young employees gossip about a lady with a long ponytail whom also works there , and how she wants one of the young girls to take over expo so she can “ send her a** home “ with the most dramatic eye rolls and stink face . After watch my food sit in the expo shelf for the 8 min of the 17 minutes I waited to be greeted one of the young girls brought my food and asked for my money . When investigating my meal ( BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY IT WAS FOCUSED ON) I seen that my personal food was charged for extra meat sauce like I desired but barely had any sauce at all . I reclaimed my itty bitty side of extra meat sauce and left in absolute frustration. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH YOU ALL AGAIN ! UPDATED REVIEW: I came in because I was craving the breadsticks. I saw a sign with a new menu item... lobster mac & cheese. Now, I know what you're thinking... "Lobster back & cheese at Fazoli's..?" But, I have to say, I was very impressed, and not just for it being offered here. It was baked and is very flavorful, with chunks of actual lobster in it. They served it with freshly grated cheese on top. I have to say, they are really stepping up their game.

Also, the restaurant was nice and clean. Service was fast and friendly. All around, awesome.

Original 4-star review: As far as Fazoli's goes, this location was decent. The food was actually pretty good, seemed freshly prepared and came out nice and hot. I customized my dish to add veggies and they were more than willing to accommodate my request. The brewed sweet tea was actually good too. Service was friendly and quick. The only down side to the experience was that most of the tables were dirty and it was still early into lunch time.

I will also say that they have stepped up some of their dessert offerings. The cookie I had was soft and chewy. I noticed that they have an orange cream cheesecake now and some sort of cinnamon breadstick things... I would definitely like to try those.

Don't go expecting anything authentic or gourmet... it is a fast food restaurant, after all. But it's good enough for a quick...

I usually like this Fazoli’s location but the last few times I’ve been have been less than satisfactory. A few weeks ago I tried to go there and order my usual which is ravioli with alfredo and they told me they didn’t carry ravioli anymore so I left. Today I ordered online and to my surprise they have ravioli on the mobile app. I ordered the ravioli with meat sauce meal since they don’t have a meal with alfredo. But, I made sure to pay extra to have them substitute meat sauce for alfredo. However, when I arrived to pickup my order I saw that they gave me meat sauce on my ravioli and a side cup of alfredo. So idk if they just didn’t understand the order or if they realized they made the order wrong and thought that giving me a side cup of alfredo would be good enough rather than making the meal again. Normally I would say something to the drive thru attendant but I really didn’t want to wait for them to make me a whole new meal so I just left with it. Ended up rinsing the meat sauce off the ravioli then pouring the alfredo cup on top.
