It was good ice cream. Certainly didn't live up to the hype I was expecting. Everyone told me it was so magically good, the best ice cream they've ever had, but I didn't have this experience. Don't get me wrong, it was good. I've definitely had better though. The reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is not because it didn't live up to the hype. I tried to logically compare their ice cream and prices to other nearby specialty ice cream joints in greenwood and 4 stars is what I concluded upon. I cannot share how good the taste of the ice cream was because we did not receive any. I can tell you how good of the customer service was because we did not receive any. We stood in line for 10 minutes on the left hand side window and after they were done serving that person in front of us never came back. It seemed like the right side window was the only open window then. We were not told they were closing on that side were not told to step over or anything. We were the next ones in line and then we notice we'll be the 7th one in line. It would almost take 5 to 10 minutes a person. So we left and found Jack's donuts that I grew up on when I was a kid in Newcastle and they were the best, but could not eat them all and she definitely compensate us that day there...
