This may be kind of lengthy. I stopped at this location yesterday to get my son food on my way home. It was packed as always. I was in the left drive thru lane. Which, as we all know, there is ALWAYS a long line. So, the cars that decide to park and go inside, most likely will be blocked from trying to leave when they are done. As I'm stuck in the line, a customer comes out to leave, so I don't pull forward, as I'm trying to leave him space to back out. In the meantime, another customer and his wife come out to their truck to leave. When I didn't pull forward immediately to let them out, they started honking at me. I was trying to see if the other person could back out real quick then I would pull forward. Apparently this couple didn't have the time to spare and honked more, while yelling out the window profanities at me. So I pulled forward. Well, that wasn't good enough for this couple. They backed out then pulled right up next to me calling me every name in the book and the MAN even went so far as to tell me to get out of the car. Like he was going to beat my a**. I just stayed calm and when they felt they had said enough, the other patrons trying to walk in or out of the restaurant were dumbfounded as to why this crazy person was going off so badly. It was very scary and very uncalled for. I didn't think to get the license plate number, I was too amazed at what was happening. Honestly, I dread going to all McDonald's locations because they are all extremely busy and the drive thru lines are crazy ESPECIALLY this location. But we do what we can for our kids. The other patrons were very concerned and friendly. But the real reason I wanted to post this review is to say that the girl at the pay window saw me crying and even though she didn't know what had happened, she was very concerned and made sure to make SEVERAL comments to me that everything would be ok and my day would get better. Read moreI hardly ever leave reviews especially with fast food places, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had at any establishment. We went through the drive thru because the lobby was closed we ordered 2 Big Macs but wanted to put quarter pounder meat on it so we asked that they charge us for the different meat and put it as a special request, like we have done at many other McDonald’s. Once we received our food we looked in the bag to make sure we had everything, both of the Big Macs were wrong, no big deal we thought……. We were wrong. We called the store to let them know what happened and see if we could get our order corrected. He informed us that we had not been charged for the different meat, I replied “we had asked to be charged for it” I was then lectured on how to order it next time ( reminder we have ordered this at quite a few others and have been told to order it this way) then after he finished telling me how to order next time, and the phone was silent I asked if they were going to do anything to make it right, and he replied “no not right now I’m kind of busy”. To begin the location is terrible and the parking setup is horrendous. If you park on the side closest to the building you will get stuck and have to wait for people to be kind of enough to leave a gap for you in the drive thru to get out. This will always be a large inconvenience. -1 star
The service is terrible. Multiple employees are very rude and can't live up to par on providing appropriate customer service. One experience I recall is being served by a very impatient employee who was frustrated that I was trying to upload a coupon to my phone. -1 star
The facility could use some cleaning. Typically there is trash left around, the walls/tables/floors covered in food or sauces, it is very unappealing to the eye and cautions you to the cleanliness of the kitchen. -1 star
In summary, your best rooms for improvement would be to have management supervise the employee customer interaction and provide appropriate training in customer satisfaction and to hire a facility worker to keep the areas clean. If one is already hired then hire someone to verify his work.
If you can fix these issues then i think this facility can grow...
