We walked in and staff were yelling and arguing with each other using curse words and completely ignoring customers. Some people said they had been waiting over 30 minutes. When we finally got someone to take our order, he didn't know the difference on the sandwiches or drinks. Waiting on our orders, staff continued with their very loud cursing argument. When we spoke up, and yes we spoke very loudly to be heard over their screaming at each other, we told them how unprofessional their behavior was and to stop arguing and fix customers food. When they completely ignored us we asked who was the manager. His name was Alex and he was working right in the middle of the arguing staff and hadn't said a word to them or us. We asked him why he wasn't doing anything while his staff were screaming and cursing at each other, he finally turned to us and very angrily and rudely said he had handled it already and it was our fault for starting the staff arguing by us yelling at the staff. We were absolutely shocked by his attitude towards us, blaming us when his staff were already yelling and cursing at each other when we walked in the door and before we had spoken a word. He completely ignored that fact and was so hateful to us and took no responsibility for ignoring his job as manager and not handling his staff when we had to speak up about their behavior. He ignored the fact that he stood there and ignored both the customers and his out if control staff. We told him we intended to notify corporate headquarters about both his and his staffs behavior. We waited and waited for another 25 minutes for our food and had to ask 5 different staff members if they had even started our food. When someone finally answered us it was to tell us they had gotten our order mixed up and were just now starting it. During all this the manager was 6 feet away from us and kept his back to us and heard what was said and completely ignored us. By this time we were extremely upset and asked for our money back which took 7 minutes for someone to finally figure out how to do this. Our entire time in the store was 35 minutes and we left with no food and a guarantee that we will NEVER visit this particular McDonalds ever again, and I'm not sure if I'm willing to ever go to any McDonalds...
Read moreNormally I don't write reviews, but I've had too many bad experiences lately to not write one. They need to get competent staff in there. One morning a couple weeks ago, my 4 year old and I went there for breakfast dine-in. The young employees were cussing, loudly, for the dining room to hear. Don't get me wrong, I cuss. But when you are working customer service in front of customers? Not so much. Rude, especially where kids are involved. Then Black Friday, I was waiting in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me, and I waited 20 minutes in the same spot. Many people left, and I would have had I not brought breakfast from home and my work cafe was closed for the holidays. Then today... there was no one else in the drive thru and I ordered a frappe. Got up to the second window where I saw 3 people, none filling my order. Finally, a manager does, but the large frappe was about 2 inches from the top and he put some whipped cream and syrup on it, and he was about to come to the window when another employee stopped him so she could remake it. (Good thing, because I would have been less nice telling him I wasn't accepting that after paying for a large.) So they had me pull up as the line had gotten long.... Probably 7 or so minutes later, I called the store (had my 4 year old half asleep in his car seat), and I informed them I was in the reserve spot, had ONLY ordered a frappe, and I HAD to leave, so I'd appreciate getting my frappe now. They brought it out within a minute... which obviously it had been ready and they just weren't making me a priority because I wasn't on a clock anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. I have worked at McDonald's, and I know how long it takes. I worked at one even busier than this one, and we managed to keep it up a helluva lot better. They need people that actually want to work and work hard. It's the only McDonald's on my way to work so it's a bummer it...
Read moreI have emailed a few times and it seems no one is reponding, maybe they have enough customers that all the reviews that are bad just doesn't matter. They need new management or possibly a new owner! Mcdonalds is known for their great coffee and at this location there's no such thing! I have watch them put a cup under the coffee while it was brewing! I have received coffee full of grounds, I have received coffee cold! I have written numerous times and never got a response! I waited one morning 40 minutes and was told they lost my order and that was when I called while sitting in a parking space, I lived .02 miles from the store a 2 minute drive from my apartment! And was there that long before getting order with no apology, no discount, no coupon offered nothing. I have ordered a mocha frapa and it was coming out the side when handed to me, it turned out a split in the side, I took it back in and it took twenty minutes to get a new one which I would have been happy just pour it in another cup! I'm just one customer with all these issues and no one sees a problem?? I mean really! I have called to let them know there were 7 cars in drove through and all lights on window was on and all of us drove off never waited on. I drove around the building I saw two people in the back, doors were locked it was a week night, not a holiday WHATS GOING ON HERE? And did manager let the owner know this? Maybe when enough people quit coming someone will...
