Edit: weak integrity anymore in this young working class, at the same time can’t blame them, the wealth gap is getting worse, but this place is part of the problem. They had too much to deal with on their screen tonight, so they just canceled everything on the screen that was “TOO MUCH” instead of getting through it like any regular manager would do. I guarantee this kid probably never wanted to be manager in the first place. This is what is happening everywhere. All our favorite places have been slowly getting worse and worse since Covid hit. Food service at this level will get less and less convenient.
We got a few heart shaped pizzas for Valentine’s Day, and we called to ask for some cheese to get added, willing to pay…. She said she would throw it in, super cool… but forgot them or the fire dash driver did, BUT called to ask about them and they sent them and a free pizza! More for for the kids is always a plus in his parents book. Quick meal after getting off the school bus, PRAISE THE LORD. I’ve had a few incidents here before but the service has been above and beyond. I’ve worked in food service most of my working life, things are going to happen, but to make it a priority that decent customers are satisfied is more important than the food in a lot of ways, they do go hand in hand, and if one’s bad you can fix it with the other. Read moreI ordered a pizza for delivery and double checked that I put everything in the order correctly before submitting. It was delivered within the estimated window and the driver was nice when he dropped it off.
When I opened the box, the toppings weren't correct so I called the store to request a remake. The lady that answered pulled up my order and yelled to someone that she was sending it back to be remade before abruptly putting me on hold with no notice to me. While on hold, I opened the order on the website to reconfirm that I hadn't made a mistake and the order listed exactly what I had wanted. When she came back, she rudely told me that her manager said I ordered it wrong and if I wanted it remade then I would have to come pick it up (because they're too busy to deliver) with no refund on delivery charges. When I told her that I had the order on their website in front of me, that I ordered it correctly, and I wanted to speak to the manager, she put me back on hold. When she came back again, she told me that they were too busy and I could either pick up a new pizza or wait until the end of the week to talk to a manager.

I put half of this on the store and the other half on the door dash driver for not verifying (the first name was the same). I managed to flag down the driver to give it back to them so they could get it to the correct person. I proceeded to call the store. I was on hold for 5 minutes when they answered and told me to hold. Another 10 mins pass and I decided to drive to the store while being on hold the entire time. I asked for the manager and explained the situation. She found my completed order cold and barely offered me anything for my trouble. They did offer to remake the order but would be another 30 mins and still nothing for my trouble nor a return of my delivery fees and such. I just asked for a total refund.
