Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

Ordered 2 pizzas 7/4/21, and they were greasy and terrible. Went back to store today (7/5/21), and was treated rudely by Matthew who says was General Manager. He didn't seem like he cared at all, and kept asking me questions when the information was on my receipt. Then he says IT'S PAPPA JOHN'S POLICY NOT TO GIVE REFUNDS JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE DOESN'T LIKE HOW THEIR PIZZA TASTES?!? I then asked for the District Managers contact information since Matthew was rude, and that he's telling me that the 2 pizzas that taste awful, with 3 slices missing, is not normally refunded?! He said Phil is the District Manager after I kept asking. Also, it would be helpful to have a trash can at the entry way for customers (now EX CUSTOMER) to use. DO NOT...

Went to pick up pizza in store. The phone rang right as I was opening the door and the young gal didn’t acknowledge that I was there, didn’t smile or greet me, didn’t say “I’ll be with you in a moment, NOTHING! I waited 11 minutes before she got off the phone. During my wait, after about 7 minutes the manager walked across the front and said. “What’s the name”?, picked it out of warmer shelf and put it on the corner and said “she’ll ring you up”…(the one on the phone ignoring me). I noted during my wait that the pizza maker had long curly, unkept care, half hat band style with hair fluffy around it and shaking it. Wow! Where is the Board of Health at? I went to this papa johns the other day and it was disgusting. Only two people in the front were “wearing” a mask. The people making the food were not. One man came up, took his mask off, checked us out touching the screen and payment, and then put his mask on and started making pizzas WITHOUT washing his hands. He touched his face and money THEN made pizza. He isn’t even wearing gloves. My friend and I were completely disgusted. Not only was it that papa johns but also the one in Carmel. Come on guys, there’s a pandemic going on!! And I’m pretty sure all restaurants are required to wear and sanitize EVERYTHING. I work in food so this was very disappointing. But yeah.. My friends and I are not going to papa johns...
