Went to this location had a rough time with the cashier understanding my order ..then when i let her know the price was incorrect she told me that i was mistaken .i informed her that i was not abd she called the manager over and as the manager Nick wanted to inform me i was wrong aswell i told him i just came two days ago and it was not the correct price ..he just turned and walked away so i paid the amount kniwinf it was wrong due to being in a hurry and as nick was making my drinks i informed him that thise were not my drinks and he proceeded to say well theres the problem with the pricing !!! He served me the drinks and went on like it wasnt a big deal that u over charged me ,made the wrong drinks,and never apologies for him telling me i am mistaken in the price!!! I call the store to talk to the manager about his behavior and of course he is the manager ..very short with me on the phone acted like i was the problem and proceeded to tell me he will throw me a gift card in the safe for my issues. Guess he had to get back up to the line to keep making fun of his drive thru cashier about how she spends way to much time calling everone honey!!! Read moreI’ve been to this location a few times and every time the service is very slow. My last (and final) experience at this location was yesterday. I ordered my drink made with almond milk and no whip at the drive thru. When I came up to the window, he asked me if I wanted whip and I said no. Several minutes later, he hands me my drink with whip. I told him no whip and he disappeared and came back with the same drink then laughed and said there were just small traces on top. I was done at this point after waiting for about ten minutes so I didn’t argue even though I have a dairy allergy. I assumed the small traces wouldn’t bother me either. I was a short distance down the road before I took a drink and realized it was all dairy. They didn’t use almond milk at all. I was already headed north so I went to the other Starbucks near county line, ordered my drink which was prepared correctly, and was on the road again in less than five minutes. I know people make mistakes but this wasn’t the first time it’s happened there and, after visiting several Starbucks in indiana and other states, it remains the worst as far as service. Read moreThis location is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Not only do they mess up my order regularly, but when they make a mistake they don't resolve it. Yesterday, I let them know of a milk allergy. They provided the wrong drink with dairy in it. They told me to come back for a "recovery" which one would assume they meant they wanted to recover the incorrect beverage. When i tried to hand it off, they refused to take it after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. They let me know i could "bring it inside to throw away" myself. Also, they did not even provide me with a full Venti size and the coffee tasted burnt. So now i had to drive home holding a drink as they provided such inadequate service. Reaching out to corporate was a complete waste of time, they don't bother to take care of the customer. Instead they wanted the receipt that Starbuck doesn't provide without requesting.
