A bunch of confused looking kids working there. They can't measure out the weight on the meat, they were thin on the toppings. My sandwich LITERALLY looked like just the bun itself. I got all the way back home to find out. Even the tiny amount of meat didn't cover the bread! And the fries I ordered where half cooked. They were the slowest working crew I have ever seen at Penn station. Usually they are high energy and move fast and pile the meat and toppings on. But this penn station had no clue how to make the sandwich or even cook the fries! I won't be going back to that one. I miss the one near my old neighborhood. The cheese oozed and toppings overflowing. I had to start with a fork for the sandwiches I got there. The order arrived right on time, the food was fresh and delicious, and all of the toppings were packaged separately just as we had requested — which made serving so easy for our team.

The fresh cut fries were so delicious that they we finished them before our sandwiches arrived. I ordered the Ham with Ghost Pepper cheese sandwich, which was grilled. The ghost pepper cheese, a limited time option, was worth a try, but it wasn't that spicy for me. Other than a tingling sensation on the side of my mouth while eating it, I didn't detect any other spicy heat. My tolerance for spicy foods is pretty high, and when I order Ghost Pepper infused food, I expect intense spicy heat, which is not what I detected.
