So my experience here on 4/28/22, before work went to chick Fila in Greer off Wade Hampton. As I'm waiting in line for the drive thru, for the boy to take my order he was walking to vehicles and a girl was doing the other side. The boy then stops at the front of my car, and now I'm thinking surely he's not waiting for me to pull up he literally at my front tire window down eye contact at this point now. Car infront of me pulls up so I was like okay he's that lazy as I pulled up the boy walks right by my to the car behind me. I'm sitting at the drive thru intercom. I yelled to the boy are you not gonna take my order? He completely ignored me. I tried talking through the intercom like a regular driver thru no response so I'm in the drive thru following through and have to order at the window. Then I wasn't even priority now. I sat there for 5 cars behind me get there food and Adam a "manager" couldn't help me at all though now I'm sitting here in 4 dollar a gallon late for work because his employee decided to walk right pass my car. (Let's be real theirs only so many options you could make my bag up) Adam couldn't give me the plant managers name or any other managers name avoided the question. No wonder you can't do anything for me Adam you don't even know your bosses name. I go here alot few times a week for a company spend good money over the last 5 years never had a problem solved by Chick Fila by I'll get your food out to you when I can, basically it's no big deal the boy skipped me like it happens all the time. Adam needs to go work at McDonald's bad representation of Chick Fila, thought everyone knew customer service is first. Just look at all the stories you here going out there way and the employee walked right by me and it was my fault and problem. I know times are hard hiring right now but don't loose sight of what you stand for a warm body fill in. It's sad for the customers who eat there just because they know they're taking care of...

Read moreExtremely upset with Chick-fil-A. For a restaurant who has such high standards of operation they are seriously slacking. Today (11/25/20) was my fourth visit to the Greer store within about a month or two where my order has not been correct or complete. Today I ordered a soup and a small fry and as soon as I get back to work I noticed I paid for a fry and its even on the receipt but did not receive anything. I call the store and was told if I came back they would give me the fry. I already waited too long in the chaos of a line that is the Greer store and rushing to get back to work. I can't just leave work again because my meal was not completed properly the first time and sorry that I can't sit there and check my order with flaggers telling me to go as soon as I get my food bag. The lady then tried to help by giving me some perks on the app (which I have) but said she could not find me so she said she wrote down my name and number and said next time I come they will give me a fry. Will they really still have this written down whenever I decide to come back? My co-workers saw my frustration and told them about the incident. Unfortunately that sparked a hot point for them all saying the Greer store along with other stores in the upstate have been dropping the ball and all have had issues recently with orders. If your stores are so over packed with people and service is declining as many people have seen maybe its time to get a better logistics strategy to handle the crowds and getting appropriate orders filled correctly. I will more than likely just have to take probably $2 loss on fries, and yes while this is minimal, it is still paying a multi-billion dollar corporation free money for a product...
