Dunkin' — Restaurant in Greer

I go to Dunkin six days a week on my way to work. I order the same drink every time, LG Charlie (which is a cold brew with caramel & cold foam). It is NEVER made the same way and NEVER tastes the same. I have tried to explain to the staff but I am always told that is just the way the cold brew is, would I like cream and sugar? NO if I wanted cream & sugar, I would have ordered it that way. I want the drink to be made correctly and taste the same every day. Sometimes it is a creamy brown color, other times it is very light (when cold brew is weak) and other times it is very very black (when cold brew is made too strong). They sometimes stir the caramel, they sometimes don't and it lays in the bottom of the drink. I can stir it but that stirs the cold foam in it and defeats the purpose of the cold foam. Today, it was black, very little caramel in the bottom, obviously not stirred and when I brought it to their attention, I was told that is just the way the cold brew is. YES, that is the way the cold brew is TODAY because it was made too strong. Untrained staff, inconsistency, lack of training, poor customer service. I know times are tough and help is hard to find, but when you DO find the help, take the time to train them right so they serve your customers right and don't treat them like they are the problem. Today, instead of testing the cold brew to see if there was a problem, the staff decided to stand around the window and stare at me, as I drove off one of the workers told me... HAVE A NICE DAYYYY. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Every time I go in the mornings (usually around 8:30, so not that late), they are out of nearly every type of donut, and the ones that they do still have they only have 2 or 3 donuts left. At 8:30 in the morning! To top it off, the staff are rude and imcompetent. On my latest (and last) visit, I spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru lane that snaked around the store and didn't move forward once. I finally decided that it would be faster to go inside, so I got out of the drive-thru line and parked. I was wrong! I stood in that line (3rd person in line) for an additional 10 minutes and during that time, not one single person was at the counter to help customers or even tell customers they would be with them in a moment. Seeing as I had ample time to view my surroundings, I took note of the fact that the store itself was filthy, and signs that were supposed to be hanging from the ceiling were literally falling off the ceiling. I finally gave up and left, empty-handed, after wasting nearly 30 minutes of my life. Shame on me for thinking that a donut store would actually have donuts or have staff there to help customers. I will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts. I would give zero stars if able to!!! I was here at 1129 W. Wade Hampton Blvd., Greer SC location. Tuesday 11/26/24 at 11:29 AM. My mom and I ordered a few things. 2 items were ok. The other 3 ranged just ok to disgusting! My cookie frozen coffee didn't have crunchies on it, my grilled cheese was inedible. Not toasted at all. Honestly like microwaved rubbery and soggy bread. My mom ordered a sugar free vanilla iced latte with 4 Splenda. Note: this is the only DD drink she ever orders and has been for years. She took a couple sips and stated that it just tasted like milky water. I told the girl right away. She gave a bad attitude and went and got another girl who stated well that's how the drink is built. We tried to explain that there's only a watery milk flavor. She huffed about it and asked if we want her to make a new one? DUH!!!! YES PLEASE. She came back with the same exact drink and stated that she put more vanilla in it. It was still disgusting. The worst part of this whole thing was the attitudes of these 2!!! My daughter in law warned me about this DD. Horrible waste of my time and my hard earned money!
