I usually love Eggs Up Grill and hadn’t ever had an issue at Greer’s location before, but I will never go back to this one after today. My mom, sister, nephew, and I went there for brunch today. It wasn’t busy and I had to wait a few minutes and then get seated, but immediately our server, Caroline seemed to not like us and took our drink order so quickly that we hadn’t finished giving it. We asked for a booster seat for my nephew and she brought us a high chair then she finally brought the booster seat. She then left and never came to take our order, so we had to ask for somebody else and got the manager, who put our order in but said our server would come back and check on us. Someone else brought out the first meal. Then our server came and said did y’all only order that meal (she didn’t even know what we ordered) and then went to get the other food that we were waiting on. I ordered the Baja chicken omelette and it came out without any avocado, salsa, or chili crème sauce on top so it was so bland. We mentioned it to her and she went and brought back the crème but didn’t really apologize. We go ahead and just eat it since she didn’t really care about giving us good service and we didn’t want to risk getting our food spit on. We ask to see the manager and told him about our issues and how disappointed we had been with our service. We asked him to adjust the bill on my meal, which he did but he wasn’t overly concerned and apologetic about how she was or our experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the atmosphere wasn’t great. Tables not cleaned, and in fact had tips still on them, puddles of water in the floor with high chairs upside down, etc. It just had the impression that no one cared about actually doing their jobs. At least 2-3 servers were just at one of the stands folding napkins/utensils instead of cleaning the tables, welcoming guests, that came in and had to stand for a while before getting acknowledged and seated. What also was just the last straw for why we are never going back to this location was the felt that when we paid and didn’t leave a tip since Caroline didn’t seem to want to work for it, the Toast POS evidently was set to tag on a $7 tip automatically when you choose the no tip option, sooooo we had to get the manager to correct that too! Just a terrible experience all around and I would highly discourage anyone going there. I’ll be contacting the DM or whoever so that maybe they can get turned around and actually care about their guests. Attached pic of what I ordered and what I received

Cute diner. The colors inside were red and yellow. That reminded me more of hotdogs than anything. The staff were all very polite and kind. I was a little surprised there wasn't a Western Omelette option on the menu. That is usually pretty standard for any diner. My husband and I both got omelettes. He got the Goodness Gracious omelette, and I did a create your own since there wasn't a Western omelette option I could add toppings in. I got ham, cheddar, green peppers, onions, jalapeños, and spinach. The meal comes with breakfast potatoes or grits, and your choice of toast. There were quite a lot of toast options which was great. My omelette was good and very full of the toppings; however, there wasn't much cheese to even out the ratio. The potatoes were amazing, and although the toast is simply bread, my rye toast was delicious. I did ask for it dry, but it came out lathered in butter. Thankfully, it hadn't melted so I could scrape it off for the most part. I did read other reviews and can confirm that the kitchen staff did not have on hair nets which I find odd when working around food. Usually a hat, net, or both is required or hair is tied back in a tight bun or something for ladies. Overall, good visit!

Got their blueberry muffins, corned beef eggs benedict, and a biscuit with gravy. Their food is always one of the best places to eat for breakfast from Greer to Spartanburg. But the public knows it! They are super busy from open to close. We went on Fathers Day and waited about 40 minutes for a table, but after that service was super fast. Everything from their coffee to all their food is good. Last time I came I got Philly Cheesesteak Eggs Benedict. Their prices are excellent. My family of three ate for 40 bucks or less. The biggest downside is they are only open from breakfast till about 2pm and the venue is pretty small for how much business they do. Their French Toast is off the chain too.

This was our first and last time eating here. It’s not all it’s cracked up to be. This was an online order that we picked up on our own. My husband ordered a philly cheese steak omelette and home fries with green peppers and onions. And toast. His was fine, although he didn’t care for the home fries. I ordered the grand classic. Poached eggs, rye toast sausage/Canadian bacon & grits and home fries with cheddar cheese. First, my eggs were over cooked. The yolks were almost powdery like you would expect from a hard boiled egg. The home fries were less than desirable and cold. Not to mention, I somehow got green peppers in my food tray as well. Not sure how that’s even okay, considering cross contamination. Next, I didn’t even receive my grits. At all. I also did not receive my toast. My husband was nice enough to share his, but that’s beyond the point. And really, the toast was the best thing of the entire meal. I can understand cold eggs and cold toast. Not the home fries. We don’t even live that far away. But, either way, Considering I paid extra for the grits and home fries with cheddar cheese, I’m mostly irritated about that. But the biggest issue I have…. I tried to call them back throughout the rest of the day to see if I could be compensated for the items I did not receive. I called TEN TIMES! Between 10:55am and 2pm. No answer. I just kept getting a voicemail. I can deal with restaurants having off days, forgetting something by accident, etc. but I would greatly appreciate being reimbursed, my hard earned money, for the items I did not receive at least. At this point I’m just annoyed that I basically just gave away my money. I got half of what I paid for and what I did receive was over cooked and cold. Would definitely never recommend this place. If someone had answered my call to make things right, I would have given them...

So Ive been wanting to try this place ever since they came to the upstate, and let me just say " A HUGH DISAPPOINTMENT!!!" We will NEVER go back! We went this passed Sunday around 11am, the wait wasnt too bad but let me tell u guys, service was horrible the section we were sat in our waitress never came over. Other staff memebers walked by us 3 other tables were sat near us and their staff memeber got their drink orders promptly took their food order promptly and we had yet to even be spoken to. I had to get up go to the wait staff area and ask to be served. As i was craving breakfast brunch we decided to give the benefit of the doubt that the food would be worth it. Well IT WAS NOT!! The home potatos tasted very strange and were saturated in oil, the crab cake Benedict was awful! The little waffle in the hen house was horrible very bland, the side of country han was way over cooked all around just a horrible experience the prices sure dont reflect the quality or service here. My husband and i had to ask the lady that was waiting on us (manager i do believe) to please ask the cooks to NOT put the order ticket on top of our food as we watched the cooks do this to previous ordera. Usually we like to make our own decisions about places so rarely do we look at reviews but BOY WISH WE HAD THIS TIME, bc there were several here i see now that have the same complaints as us. Just a really sad establishment that they arent learning from their customers!!! Beware u may be just as disappointed as us and others if u eat here. Really seems there needs to be a retrain or clean up of the staff at...
