I haven’t eaten here in 10 years and I am in shock that this place is still open. My fault, I didn’t check the prices as I was standing there because who would think that for 4 subs No drink No chips it would cost near $50. Seriously. $50 and only one of these subs was the “giant”. Let’s just say I was hoping on the way home that the taste would justify the cost because let’s get real, I can get near a lobster dinner for the 16$ it cost. In all honesty I sat down with an open mind to how delicious this should have tasted. Once I arrived home after having to stop at the gas station for chips and soda ( because that would be an additional $3 per sub) I opened my bag of subs and of course the cups of side items were never placed in my bag. So the one thing that had me excited to actually eat the sub was the spicy cherry peppers... and that was left out. This I promise is a very unbiased opinion of the taste not related to he cost.... the subs were the most bland tasting subs I have ever eaten. Trust me, I wanted them to taste like fireworks exploding on my mouth but they literally had no flavor oh except for soppy bread that was so soaked in oil and vinegar and no I didnt ask for extra. My entire family felt their own subs lacked flavor. The only sub that tasted decent was the cheesesteak. So if you are forced to eat here because every other restaurant has burned down, get the cheesesteak sub.... but don’t expect to have it toasted because they don’t do that either. Also, very disorganized staff... no one knew what was ordered and we had to repeat what we ordered several times to...
Read moreTried to place an order online tonight 20 mins. before closing, but system wouldn't let me so we tried calling several times. No answer. Got to store 5 minutes before closing and it took a few moments for someone to come out of hiding from the back. (No other customers in the store, everything had long been wrapped up and most of the lights were already of) Once noticed, Emily pulls a phone out of her back pocket to what I can only assume is to look at the time, and quickly calls out for other employee to lock door because they are closed (even though it wasn't quite 10 yet)...obviously meant more for our behalf. Ordered 5 sandwiches (Totaling about $46) and after every sandwich order was placed, Emily sighed deeply and loudly making it quite clear she didn't want to help us. Even made a point to inform me they closed at 10. My response to her: "Yes, I understand, but we tried calling all the way here in order to avoid this but no one wanted to answer." Very rude service Emily.
*Please tell your owner my on-the-go family of 5 (who eat out more often than not) will not be back because of YOUR poor customer service. Sad really, because the food is actually good!
Word to the wise: As a manager myself, I know the cost of advertising dollars spent to get people in the door. Thank goodness my staff knows if someone walks in 1 hour or 1 minute prior to closing - you're not closed and they get treated the same as anyone else. Too bad my competition don't have...
Read moreI’ve given this location multiple chances and they seem to get worse each time. I placed an order through the app for a tuna sub and requested that the tuna be light/dry, assuming that they would drain some of the liquid off and not put too much on the bread. I just didn’t want the bread to be soggy and the tuna spill out too much. I’ve order this before in store with no problems. When I got home, there was an excessive amount of tuna on the bread, even more than they usually put on the sub. So, I called to ask what the misunderstanding was and the girl that I talked to said she asked the manager about it and he said that they only have one kind of tuna and it’s wet. I told her I understand that tuna is wet and I ask that so that it doesn’t get everywhere and they could’ve at least put a light amount on there liked I asked…. She said maybe next time ask for “very light” tuna. It just seemed like whoever made the sub was trying to be a jerk putting extra tuna on it because I...
