Ive been going to this location for 20 years and it has gone so down hill, took the kids to play last night and there were 6 people waiting for assistance at the counter, noone was helping them, the entire staff was yelling and being rude the entire time, every single order that was taken after everyone waited 20 minutes for their orders was wrong, the only one working properly was the Spanish lady running the drive thru. A new kid was getting screamed at the entire time for not knowing how to do things properly when he was clearly trying and told them he had never been trained and a big girl told every single customer and employee every 2 minutes as loud as she could how she was helping them out and had been there 13 hours, her shift done ended, blah blah blah but she wasn't doing anything but acting like trailer trash and being obnoxious. My husband and friends stopped me from flipping out on her multiple times. She especially made our experience so bad. We should have never waited in line 20 minutes and stayed. My blood pressure along with everyone else's was so high when we left I almost went to the hospital and I'm 15 weeks pregnant. She was a giant mess of loud obnoxiousness. And downgrading a new young employee only like 16? It was rediculous. And they weren't even busy. I work in a restaurant and work 13 plus hours regularly while pregnant and raising two kids and I've never acted so terrible, the manager should have made her leave, she wasn't earning her pay anyways. Not to mention when the cooks got everyone there and in drivethrus orders wrong the whole 2 hours we were there, they were rude as could be as well when asked to fix it, the whole staff yelled at each other all night. I only go there so the kids can all play, but not anymore. Close this location down, it's horrible. I'd be ashamed to own this place. I should have got it all on video. Worst...

Its been years, literally. * I've never had a problem with anything, I've received the wrong toppings on a burger or missing fries before, even rude cashiers rolling eyes like they can't believe you just came thru their line, but you order fast food over the years things like that just happen. I've worked in fast food I know about being shortstaffed or having to run a business with a crew of teenagers, or anyone really, that don't care. This McDonalds in Greer, however, has finally lost me. The fact that EVERY time I come through which is usually during peak hours but it doesn't matter what time at this location the milkshake machine "is down". Every single time. Why are they cleaning the machine during busy times every single day. Or are they just not wanting to use it? If the Management was truly working to increase sales they would manage the team to have the machine cleaned during slow times, at least before the night rush. If this is even the problem. When I think McDonalds i think burgers fries and shakes, and when I treat myself I like to throw a milkshake on top of that lol. I've tried and tried going to this McDonalds, I've finally given up and just go to the one towards Taylors. The service I've had has been better there and the food just seems cleaner. But McDonalds in Greer if you open your milkshake machine back up I will come back, I'm not the only one seems like everyone I've vented to has the same issue. Read moreThe quality of this specific McDonald's has declined exponentially over the past few years. The customer service aspect is basically non-existent, the staff is rude, the orders are almost always incorrect, and the food is worthless. I also have had a couple of close acquaintances catch the staff taking pictures of their credit/debit cards. I always pay with cash to avoid such an issue. Just a warning.
The last time I was here, my burger buns were stale, the meat cold, the cheese hard, and the fries were cold. My order was wrong at first and it took 15 minutes to get it corrected. During an experience before this, I was asking to pull forward and then forgotten. When I went in to get my food and speak with manager, the food wasn't even prepared. Well except for my milkshake which was completely melted and worthless. They actually gave it to me and it was almost room temp. When I asked for a replacement, I was promptly told that the ice-cream machine was broken. I didn't receive an apology or a refund and the manager was belligerent and entirely unhelpful. I could also hear very demeaning comments and racial slurs being issued forth from the kitchen area. I can't confirm if they were necessarily toward myself, but it felt like it. I tried to call the corporate office to file a complaint and was left on hold for over 2 hours. I eventually left a message, but was never contacted in regards to my complaint.
