Well, howdy there, neighbor! If you're lookin' for a taste of good ol' fashioned brews in Greer, SC, then you better buckle up, 'cause I've got just the place for you: Blue Ridge Brewing Company! Now, let me tell ya, this place ain't your run-of-the-mill brewery. It's got that extra somethin'-somethin' that'll leave you hollerin' for more. When I first walked into Blue Ridge Brewing Company, I felt like I was steppin' into a beer lover's paradise. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with rustic wood accents and a cozy feel that just made me wanna stay awhile. The staff, well, they were as friendly as can be, treatin' me like family from the get-go. They were knowledgeable about their brews and eager to help me find the perfect pint to suit my taste buds. Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the beer! Blue Ridge Brewing Company offers a wide variety of handcrafted brews that'll make any beer enthusiast jump for joy. From hoppy IPAs to smooth and creamy stouts, they've got somethin' for everyone. My personal favorite was their Blue Ridge Blonde Ale, a crisp and refreshing brew that went down smoother than a well-oiled power tool. And let me tell ya, their seasonal beers? They're like the turbo-charged version of their regular lineup – packed with even more flavor and excitement! But it ain't just about the beer here, oh no! Blue Ridge Brewing Company knows how to satisfy a hungry belly too. Their menu is chock-full of mouthwaterin' dishes that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance. From juicy burgers to finger-lickin' good wings, they've got all the classic pub grub you could ever want. And let me tell ya, their beer-infused barbecue sauce? It's like the secret ingredient that takes their dishes to a whole new level. It's like addin' a little extra horsepower to your meal! Now, I wouldn't be doin' this place justice if I didn't mention their live entertainment. Blue Ridge Brewing Company knows how to keep things lively and exciting. From local bands rockin' the stage to trivia nights that'll test your knowledge, there's always somethin' fun goin' on. It's like havin' your very own Tool Time show, but with beer and good company! So, if you're lookin' for a place that's got great beer, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere that'll make ya feel right at home, then Blue Ridge Brewing Company is the spot for you, neighbor! Just remember to bring your taste buds and your sense of adventure, 'cause this place is guaranteed to leave you wantin' more. Now, if you'll excuse me, I think it's time for me to grab another pint and enjoy all the wonders this place has to offer. Cheers, and happy drinkin'!

This was our second time at Blue Ridge. The first visit was outstanding, and we were excited to return. This visit was a profound disappointment. My son was visiting. He and his girlfriend joined us. I had the smoked chili, which was delicious. My wife and son both had the fish and chips. The first time the fish was served, it was clearly overdone. It was a coffee-dark-brown color, with parts even darker than that. I am at a loss to how cooked could've plated it, and the server present it, without noticing. When I pointed it out to the server, she confirmed "Yes, that is burnt", and she graciously apologized, and took the plates back. When she brought the replacement plate out, the fish was again dark. Better than the first, but still well-past golden. The server indicated the fish was dark "because of the oil." Not sure what that means. Was the oil dirty or old? There are other pics online of the fish with a great golden hue. As for the other entree, my son's girlfriend ordered a regular burger with cheese. The burger had excellent char and great flavor. The pink center was a perfect medium cook. However what was ordered was a WELL-DONE burger. (See pic) The server confirmed the burger was under done, and later stated the cook that made the burger was new. Like a number of other reviews the staff is noticeably friendly. The quality of food preparation, even on the re-do is unacceptable. Three of three entrees were poorly or incorrectly prepared and served. There was no additional accommodation for the errors, aside from the server's apology. Quite a disappointing meal. For the price of the meal, the expectation of preparation and presentation was profoundly lacking.

They have awesome employees very nice and smiling just VERY short staffed! We waited for 25 mins to order our beverages (staff did apologize for forgetting to get our order)and when we tried to order food we were told that Kitchen shut down because they are too backed up but we were told they would open back up shortly. also the mens bathroom (I’m guessing due to short staff issue) has more pee on the floors then in the toilets and smells like a festival porter john. Food was on point really delicious but the bison burger was burnt on the outside and pink on the inside instead of well done so I figured 3 stars instead of 2…..until the check was brought to us and they overcharged us and when we asked about the charge they gladly fixed but said that the first swipe from our card will be refunded in 2 to 3 business days so we were charged a total of 90+ dollars

The only thing worse than the food is the service and the halfwits that have somehow found themselves doing the jobs of grown ups. Three of us went in for trivia on a Tuesday and were met with confusion regarding how humans are sat at a restaurant. I thought maybe it was everyone’s first day. It was twenty minutes before trivia started and there were plenty of tables open, probably because the place sucks, but they acted as if they were expecting a huge, last minute crowd. It was comical to see them try to manage seating the 10 people actually playing trivia, while not allowing anyone to sit at the two largest tables set aside for their imaginary customers. They asked us to move to a booth to seat a party of five, when the party of five could have sat at ten other spots. When we expressed our confusion, the waitress said “she’d need to get the manager to deal with us”. Boy was he impressive. He blamed the only decent waitress in the place for not knowing how to properly seat people. The imaginary rush never materialized, so the two twelve tops and at least five booths sat empty, while we sat directly under the TV craning our necks to read the trivia questions. Not surprisingly, they dropped a check for $63 and then charged us $106. The manager extraordinaire only took 20 minutes to get that straightened out. The charges have still not been reversed. I wish I could remember the name of the first waitress. She was the biggest joke of them all. What a sad establishment. If you want to check out this jewel, you should do it quickly, because they won’t survive the downtown Greer upgrade. I wouldn’t go on trivia night, though. They usually pack in about eight players and seating is limited! Wear your walking shoes so you can walk back and forth to the bar, fetching your own straws, napkins and ketchup....
