05.11 update: came in at 9:20 they are closing early because it’s “not busy enough” and they “are out of bread” (there was bread sitting on their cooling rack) this place is just awful… original review: I come here often usually for lunch since it’s one stop light away from my job… last night (02.25.22) I came in probably between 7:30-8pm after the gym. Went to the drive thru they were very hard to hear and I kept having to repeat myself. When I got to the window the male said my card declined, which is weird because I just got paid and used my card at the gym prior. Tried another card he said it declined again. Not possible. As both cards 100% had sufficient funds. Asked if it’s maybe their system because in the past when I’ve come in the manager has said they’ve had issues with their system and have had to use another register to process my transaction… the gentleman got a manager for me, the MoD appeared to be a kid he has a purple (I believe Amethyst) necklace on. I started to try to explain the issue and he kept interrupting me. I tried asking how we solve the issue if he doesn’t let me talk and he said “we don’t” and slammed the window in my face. What did I do to deserve that kinda treatment? No clue. Waited for about 10 minutes finally was able to pay cash but nothing was resolved and no apology was given for that unjustified treatment especially from a regular customer. I went to the gas station and used my card that “kept declining” just fine after getting my food from jimmy johns… today I visited my bank and they said there was no transaction attempted from jimmy johns last night from jimmy johns. Read moreEdit: The fact that all you do is give a generic reply to each review shows that you do not indeed care about the results of the orders coming from this restaurant. Skimming ingredients and still charging full price to consumers via Doordash, online delivery through website, and in-store orders is fraud and a scam. You open yourselves up for lawsuits. I will begin to look in to legal matters if you don't shape up your business model. Be transparent. Cancel orders if you don't have enough ingredients, properly notify customers if a product cannot be fulfilled properly, hire workers (yes I know there are shortages) that actually care about working, and address issues appropriately. If you don't care then neither do we. Shame on you. Also if you are replying claiming to be the business owner in google but attempting to transfer us to a website saying "we would like to notify the business owner of this issue", then what good are you doing anyways? Get with the times. Wake up.
Tried to order a sandwich through door dash. Received a phone call from this location by someone who appeared to be mocking me. They adamantly stated that they cancelled my order but never did. The order is stuck on preparing order. Called back and spoke with another person there. They reassured me that they did indeed cancel. They did not. Went there Saturday evening 12-15-18 @ 5:10pm used samsung pay to purchase meal the person at the register didn't do something on his end and I let him know and showed my phone that I was clearly charged. The other coworker chimes in and with very rude customer service starts talking to us as though we did something wrong I continued to tell and show that my samsung pay was charged. He insisted that it would be a refund in a couple days and I continued to say that it was charged on the samsung pay. After all the rude customer service my spouse decided if it was really like the guy was insisting, to give them $25 in cash to just make things right on our end. Mind you that our 2 sandwiches totaled $23.18(charged to my samsung pay) . I waited to see that the charge was no longer pending on my Samsung account and today it's clear as day I was charged $23.18. $48.18 was the total amount we left paying that night for the 2 sandwiches. Of anything I just feel that the training for these employees was very poor and should be addressed on how they deal with customers and if they don't know how to properly accept payment, they need to be properly trained so that this type of situation doesn't happen again.
