I usually use door dash to have my food picked up, but today I decided to pick up my food on my own. And when I parked at their parking lot, I spotted a random person that was watching me from a dumpster in the back and quickly came up to my car, talking to himself and filming me and my car. When I reported the incident to the employees at Taco Bell, and asked for a sense of security, I got disappointing answers. Even the female Employee that was the same gender as me sounded disappointing. None of the employees wanted to deal with my issue. The same person that was filming me and my car, was also walking closely around the taco building when I was inside. And when I told them that, the employees just didn’t sound like they even care for my personal safety and wouldn’t watch my back if I was in danger. I’m glad I carried spiritual protection and physical protection with me, because these employees don’t really sound like they care about any of their customers other than making edible food. But back to the employees, since they want to be less helpful, then when the same exact situation happens with them at any random place, I hope people give each one of them the same attitude back. Because what comes around can go back around. But other than that, the food is edible. Female customers should carry protection if they choose to park in the Taco Bell parking lot. Because the employees told me the Taco Bell security...
Read moreThe employees at this store have a great attitude and talk to customers respectfully, but I've had enough bad experiences with the food that I feel like I have to say something or else this is going to continue. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every single time I go through the drive through, my order is messed up. It's usually the same order or a variation of it. -Cheesey roll up - cheese isn't melted, oh well, I'll microwave it at home -Vegetarian Crunchwrap - 50% of the time it not only has meat it in, but ONLY meat in it. Not even any beans at all. -Quesadilla - if I get it with meat, it's a gamble if it has it. If I get cheese, most of the time get just cheese, but sometimes I get meat in it. -I always order hot sauce. Half the time I get mild or fire in the bag (no hot), and half the time I don't get sauce at all.
Now im not saying all of these things happen every time, but if I do go through this drive through, at least 1 thing or more is messed up every time.
I guess I just want to please ask that if someone gets a vegetarian dish, please make sure it's vegetarian. I don't want to stop, park, and disassemble my crunchwrap just to make sure it has no meat in it every time I go through the drive through cause I'm trying to be quick. And if I find out when I get home, then I just spent money and time on something I don't get to eat. :/
Thank you...
Read moreThe first time I went to this location, I got the $10 deal for 12 tacos. The tacos were perfectly fine and I had no problems with the staff at all. I just went there last night around 10:30 and had a very different experience. I ordered two $5 boxes, two chicken soft tacos and two beefy 7-layer burritos. I got home and realized that I was missing the burritos from the $5 boxes and the chicken soft tacos. I drove back to get my missing items and had to wait in the drive-thru line again. I got to the window and received my items, a half-hearted apology and no compensation whatsoever for my wasted time and gas. If all of that is not bad enough, the food was horrible. All of it was lukewarm and none of it quite tasted right, but the tacos were the worst: the shells were already soaked with the juice from the "meat" and were falling apart. It was obvious that they were not made for my order and had been sitting out for quite awhile. My wife, who is the person farthest from being a picky eater that I know, couldn't finish the food because of how terrible it was. She is now quite ill from what she did eat. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at...
