The drinks are amazing. The wait takes awhile but for the drinks it’s worth it. Today, though, I didn’t go for a drink. My friend and I went to get two bagels: one with just cream cheese and one as a cream cheese + sausage + egg sandwich. They forgot who the just cream cheese bagel was for and gave it away to someone else, then acted quite annoyed that they had to remake that bagel. The other bagel, they remembered the sausage and egg, but completely skipped the cream cheese. The bagel was dry and disappointing without the cream cheese but I was in a time crunch so I didn’t have the time to go back and request a small side cup of cream cheese or anything of the like. I simply threw it away, as it was unappetizing and frankly bad without any cream cheese to make it less dry. I’m a full-time student on top of working a full-time job and I don’t have a car, so I had not eaten yet today and I will not have the time to get food and eat until very late tonight when I get home from work. I used to love it here up until recently - I know everyone has off days so I gave this place multiple tries again hoping it was just that… It wasn’t. Each time the wait for ONE car in front of you is easily 10-20 min each time. Don’t ever come here on a time crunch. I can handle longer wait times for great coffee, but the coffee is so bad. Literally cannot drink it, bad. And they take so long I am always running late for work and don’t have time to ask for a refund so I’ve wasted a good chunk of money now. Bummer since it used to be so great.

I’ve been stopping at the burnside Milton’s for a little over a year now. The girls are really sweet and fast, which is nice because I tend to run late. This morning I got a sugar free strawberry/raspberry Red Bull. It’s good amount of flavor with out being too much. I do normally get an actual hot coffee drink and they are always good. I also got a cheddar bagel toasted which is good. Then I always grab a piece of their coffee cake. Not sure where they get it, but it’s really good! Good little...
