If it was possible to give this place zero stars I definitely would. April, The sales woman was very cold not welcoming and really not willing to work to correct the companies mistakes. Almost a week ago I purchased a mattress and bedframe. I also purchased delivery. When they arrived to deliver my items, the mattress was fine but the bedframe had been damaged, the legs wiggled the fabric was ripped and there were dents on the side. When I contacted mattress firm they advised me I would be able to get a replacement but they weren’t sure how long it was going to take. I kindly let them know I did not spend $1000 to sleep on the floor. After demanding they do something I was forced to go pick up my own bed frame that was supposed to be delivered. I had purchased a clearance bedframe that had either been a floor model or gone out to a customer and came back as a return which was no problem but I was advised it would be in perfect working condition and that was simply not the case. When I picked up the second bedframe I got it home, set it up and realized it was missing the power cord (it was an adjustable base). I was told by April that they would be giving me a brand new bed frame that had never been sent out to a customer for the inconvenience. She was not honest and actions such as these give companies a bad name. I will be taking this matter to corporate because the actions of this employee are unacceptable. I should not have to pay full price for delivery if I only got half my order and was forced to pick up the other half on my own. Also it is day three and I still do not have a power cord when I asked them how we were going to correct that they told me I could go purchase one on my own while I wait for a response. Terrible...

I went into this store to research the kind of mattress I needed and made the mistake of purchasing one.

The agent that helped me was friendly but prioritized the sale over honestly and integrity (not surprising, but disappointing nonetheless). I was sold a "comparable mattress" that was a "99% match" to the one I tested in-store and liked, and when it was delivered it was wasn't even the same class of mattress. I wanted a hybrid and I got a memory foam.

Despite what they might say about not inflating mattress prices to make the discounts look greater, they absolutely do that. The mattress I purchased that was originally over $2,000 in-store was only $1200 on the manufacturers website.

The agent who sells you the mattress is the one that has to process your return, and when I made the purchase, she assured me there would be no risk and put in the order notes that there would be no restock or redelivery free, and those notes would be right there if I needed to return my mattress. However those notes "couldn't be found" when I called to return my mattress and she tried charging me the $99 restock fee. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. Thankfully reading the comments over the phone word for word off the invoice was enough for her to waive the fee.

Researching and feeling out mattresses should be the only reason you go into the store. DO NOT make a purchase here or believe anything that the sales agent tells you about the prices. I knew all this before hand but still fell for it.

The only redeeming quality of this experience was the delivery team. They carried my mattress up two flights of stairs and took the old one out in a matter of minutes. Very kind and quick service. Martin...

April @ the Gresham Station location was awesome to work with! She took us through a process trying a few beds at the beginning of the trip to help us narrow down our choices. When we got down to 2 different beds that my husband and I liked, she reccomend we lay on each one for 10min. We switched between the two beds several times while she looked up sales and clearance options for us. When we made our choice the check out process was very quick and easy. We had gone out that afternoon thinking we would look at several different stores and compare prices and matress options, and that it would take several days! So thankful we found a great matress at a great price in a couple hours, at one store!! It was a no pressure experience! April was so helpful in giving us options that matched our feedback, and was very knowledgeable. We ended up with a great hybrid matress that had the best of both worlds. Coil springs on the bottom half for stability and support, and memory foam on the half top. One of the most similar to a temperpedic. Great reviews from consumer reports too. The "I Series Hybrid 3000" medium firmness should be a great bed with good longevity. We also got the Free adjustable head up base. I highly recommend asking for clearance options for the matress you like to save some money. Mattresses that were slept on for a night or two or showroom models get clearances out, AFTER being professionally cleaned and sanitized! Saving up to half the cost of the mattress!...
