I came to visit from Houston and I have to tell you the person who operates this location needs to go visit the Houston locations! You go to Chick Fil A because of the service and I had the worst experience at this location! The girl that took my order took forever to take 3 cars while the girl on the other lane took like 15 cars! I get to the window and obviously my food is not ready! They wanted me to move to the front I explained to them I was coming from a 7 hour drive from Houston and the girl took forever to take 3 cars! The lady at the window didn’t even apologize and only gave me two options either move to the front or get a refund! Then the manager (white female with red curly hair) came to the window and stated that some orders are special and take more time! Mind you I had order a kids meal 4 piece and a spicy deluxe sandwich which I don’t know what’s so special of that! When I asked how long it would take they told me two minutes. I told them it was okay for my refund. I submitted a complain and the operator in charge (female) called me and stated her employees did the right thing because they stated I was harassing them, I honestly don’t know if to laugh or get mad! She stated she did see the camera and I didn’t say no bad word but my tone of voice felt like the employees were at threat! It’s really funny to me! I never said a bad word I never called them names, so I don’t know how a female with 3 kids in the car 4”11 could be a threat to them! Honestly now I understand while their employees take forever if the operator or whoever called me that was in charge gave me that reason! I hope one day she goes visit the Houston locations! This location only has two employees taking orders one on each lane! The Houston ones have 2 or 3 employees on each lane taking orders. One just directing the cars, which car to go next and one employee after that giving you your printed receipt and then you get to the window! This location is a joke! Read moreI have experienced multiple instances of poor customer service at this location. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I understand that things happen and that we as humans make mistakes. However, at this location I have come across multiple rude staff members on various occasions. While waiting at the window for my food, 2 of the staff members were joking around as I sat waiting to be greeted. One person turned around as if I had interrupted their conversation. Although it’s great to see the employees enjoying their time at work with their coworkers, this should NEVER come at the expense of the customer. There have been times where I did not receive a portion of my order or received the wrong thing because of this very reason. I also had to wait a while for a mobile order that had been placed at least 30 minutes prior. This isn’t my first time ordering ahead of time through the Chick Fil A app and experiencing longer wait times while trying to pick up my food at this location. Read moreWorst experience I've ever had in my life !!!!! Having our order wrong was not the bad part, things happen . Trying to get it corrected was the challenge. Being hung up on by the manger on duty Kathryn and then having the cops call my house at 10pm on her ( Kathryn's) behalf is mind blowing. Claim he's giving my boyfriend a "courtesy warning" that if he's harassing chick fil a to stop. What hi didn't know is he was calling almost 20 year military personnel. My boyfriend ordered two number two combos and we received two number ones. We thought we were being nice customers by taking pictures of the wrong order and bringing it to their attention the next day along with the receipt. We were told We did not follow " the policy", their policy". The crazy part is Kathryn kept telling me we received the correct order even thought we had pictures of the other and pointing at the number on their menu board which is clearly two different things.
