Last time I will go here. It's actually ruined my opinion for all Sonics and I have no intention of returning. My first visit a few weeks was a waste of 25 minutes, then I ended up leaving before I even received my order. No telling how long it would have taken. After I pushed the red button I waited to be acknowledged for 10 minutes, then waited for the order another 15 minutes, pressed the button again to check on the delay and was ignored. It was a busy weekend afternoon so i decided to give them another chance. Tonight, I was told they don't have dark chocolate flavor shake. I pointed out it was on the creamery menu so they said ok. ?! By the time I got home I realized it was banana, not dark chocolate. My hotdog and hamburger were both cold (probably because it took 10 minutes to get the order delivered, even though there were hardly any other customers there). I didn't receive straws or spoons with the order so I had to get out myself to get it. The staff never apologized due to the order confusion or thanked me for the tip I gave. The whole experience was so negative that I threw the rest of the food away by the time I reached home. I can't imagine ever having the urge to go back. Too many other good choices...

Not only was the food bad, I never received a straw, I had to call 4 times to get my change.... oh yeah that's not the worst. The price on order board wasn't the same price I was charged, when I shared that information with the manager, she said she's can't do anything about it, the computer have the prices set. Oh my goodness. This visit was disappointing, I was told the service was slow because tyne lack of employees on hand being the day before Christmas. In my opinion, I think when a company is short staff they should let the customer know what to expect before placing an order. That allows a person to make a conscious decision if they're going to wait or leave up front. .. To me that shows respect for...
Read moreWould not even give 1 star if able to. Placed my order at 2:02pm on the app, arrived at 2:07pm and notified I was there with the stall I was in. The screen showed my name and said my food was in the kitchen. At 2:22pm I pressed the red button to ask about my order and they said they’d be right out. At 2:37pm I called again and same story. A girl came out and I showed proof of my order and she went back in. I received my order at 2:52pm and they didn’t place pickles on my sandwich like I had asked or given me a pack of honey mustard for my grilled chicken. Also, there was no ice in my sweet tea which I had asked for light ice and when I got home much to my disappointment, my tea wasn’t even sweetened. They also threw in an order of onion rings which I didn’t ask for to compensate for my long wait....
