The most disappointing Five Guys experience we've ever had. We chose Five Guys over other companies.Made an order using the KIOSK and made a mistake I guess by not selecting all the toppings that is supposed to be included with our burger. Went talked to one of the guys at the counter and explained what happened. I asked if i could get “ALL” the toppings that were supposed to be included with the order. The guy seemed like I was asking for something totally new. I asked him for a 2nd time and he started asking what kind of toppings I wanted. I said ALL of the ones that normally come with the order. Sorry for not knowing that “All the Way”, was the right terminology. After that the guy started looking at the board where ALL the toppings were listed. Then this lady from behind out of the blue asked me with a bad attitude WHAT YOU WANT? WHAT YOU WANT? I politely replied that I was good and went back to my seat with my family. I heard the lady telling others on her team that ALL THE WAY is what I wanted - then why all the playing around and acting like dumb people when they know exactly what I wanted. Totally surprised by this lady with bad attitude and no manners to ask a customer something like “hi sir , can I help you with your request ? May I help you sir , can I assist you sir ..” We as a customers have the choice to pick one place over others. My ,my family and friends will not be going back to this place. Hire decent people, with some degree of education and professionalism. After that , I noticed that other customers had the same trouble ordering from the KIOSK and not having any toppings.so obviously this is nothing new as I can see. Totally...
Read moreUpdate: We were contacted by the store, so we are definitely happy with the company's desire to make this right. The most disappointing Five Guys experience we've ever had. We go to Five Guys for consistently great food and service. Not this time. Made an online order and picked up four burgers and fries. Got home to find that one burger that was All the Way, had nothing but a patty on it. Another burger was supposed to have no cheese but had cheese, and another had the pickles ON THE OUTSIDE of the burger (this was NOT just a case of them slipping out, it was obvious they were never put on the burger). Even the burger that had all of the toppings, it was obvious something was not right with it, the bun, the meat? Not sure what exactly was off, but it definitely was not the best burger in town--which is what we always think after having five guys. When we called the store to let them now they did not answer, on the second call it definitely seemed like we were hung up on (we did not speak to anyone, seemed the phone was answered and hung up). Read moreWe've been to many Five Guys Burger restaurants and have always had a GREAT burger. This time it was good but not great. To much of my surprise our meat was dry and VERY thin today. We've always had two solid juicy pieces of meat on our lettuce wrapped burgers at other locations. My husband's burger was well dressed but as for mine, it was short of having more grilled mushrooms and onions. Also the restaurant was very warm so the shades provided need to be drawn Sooner to keep the area cool while customers/guest eat in a cool atmosphere. We received our order in a timely matter and the workers were all very nice. They were diligent to get the dining room cleaned up when most of the guest left while we relaxed for a minute before getting back...
